| Abstract: | Reliability enhancement testing (RET) and accelerated life testing (ALT) are the focus of attention in reliability testing research at present. The basic concepts about RET and ALT are discussed at first. The state of the art in the research concerned is then briefly reviewed. The possible directions for further research in RET and ALT are summarized in the end. |
