进行了12.7mm穿甲枪弹侵彻钢管约束混凝土和PVC管约束混凝土厚靶试验,建立了硬芯枪弹侵彻深度公式,研究了钢管约束混凝土的抗侵彻性能。结果表明:钢管约束混凝土靶的破坏模式与无约束混凝土靶存在显著不同,其核心混凝土侧面出现了环向裂纹;相对于无约束混凝土靶,钢管约束混凝土靶的抗侵彻能力明显提高,并具有较强的抗多发打击能力。 相似文献

协同制导是实现多弹协同作战的关键技术之一,也是当前飞行器制导与控制领域的重要研究方向。首先,建立了协同制导问题的数学模型,并给出了各类约束条件的数学描述;其次,综述了国内外在单一约束条件下协同制导问题的研究现状,并对现有方法进行了归纳总结;接着,给出了多约束下的协同制导问题的难点分析与研究进展。最后,从四个方面对协同制导方法的发展进行了展望。综述表明,现有的协同制导方法在理想条件下已能达成预期的协同打击效果,然而应用于实际战场环境仍面临严峻挑战。未来研究亟需突破多约束耦合机制解析、高机动目标拦截、三维空间扩展等理论难题,并解决复杂环境适应性不足、计算复杂度高、实时性不足等工程实现瓶颈。 相似文献

为探究钨杆超高速侵彻混凝土靶的侵彻深度随弹体初速的变化规律,利用125 mm火炮开展钨合金杆弹侵彻混凝土试验,验证了数值模拟的合理性。利用LS-DYNA有限元软件,对超高速侵彻过程进行数值模拟,结合数值模拟结果进一步分析超高速侵彻过程。研究结果表明:(1) 0.2~1.6 km/s速度范围内,弹体质量侵蚀率与弹体初始动能呈线性关系;(2)侵彻深度随弹体初速增加呈现先增加后减小现象,在初速1.2 km/s附近存在侵深最大值约80倍弹径,超高速条件下侵彻深度对于中低速侵彻并无优势;(3)随着侵彻速度的增加,流体侵彻阶段的侵深变化不大,而刚体侵彻阶段大幅度降低,使总侵深大幅降低,导致总体侵深曲线呈现先增大后减小的趋势。 相似文献

在研究以往飞机载荷校准试验支持和约束方式的基础上,结合某型飞机结构特点,提出一种载荷校准主动约束方法。对主动约束方法和传统的起落架方法飞机载荷校准进行受力分析,建立了2种约束方法的理论模型;设计2种约束方法的机翼载荷校准对比试验,并提出主动约束载荷校准试验实施流程;结合某型飞机机翼载荷校准试验和飞行试验对主动约束方法进行了验证。结果表明:与传统的起落架约束方法相比,主动约束方法能有效解决有起落架布置的翼身整体结构机翼根部载荷测量难题,并将机翼载荷校准试验量级提高41%,机翼载荷模型误差可控制在3%以内。 相似文献

The elliptical cross-section ogive-nose projectile (ECOP) has recently attracted attention because it is well suited to the flattened shape of earth-penetrating weapons. However, the penetration performance of ECOPs has not been completely understood. The objective of this study was to investigate the pene-tration performance of ECOPs into concrete targets using a theoretical method. A general geometric model of ECOPs was introduced, and closed-form penetration equations were derived according to the dynamic cavity-expansion theory. The model was validated by comparing the predicted penetration depths with test data, and the maximum deviation was 15.8%. The increment in the penetration depth of the ECOP was evaluated using the proposed model, and the effect of the major—minor axis ratio on the increment was examined. Additionally, the mechanism of the penetration-depth increment was inves-tigated with respect to the caliber radius head, axial stress, and resistance. 相似文献

A perforation model is developed to predict the attitude deflection in the oblique perforation of concrete targets by a rigid projectile, in which the inertial moment of the projectile is introduced, together with taking the attitude deflection during the shear plugging sub-stage into account, and the shape of the plug formed on the rear surface of target is also re-investigated. Moreover, a new classification of concrete targets is proposed based on the target thickness, with which the attitude deflections in different kinds of concrete targets are analyzed. It is found that the numerical results by using the new perforation model are in good agreement with the previous experimental data and simulated results. Furthermore, the variations of the attitude deflection with the initial conditions (the initial attitude angle and the initial impact velocity) are investigated. 相似文献

The present study deals with development of conceptual proof for jute rubber basedflexible composite block to completely arrest the projectile impacting the target at high velocity impact of 400 m/s through numerical simulation approach using finite element (FE) method. The proposed flexible composite blocks of repeating jute/rubber/jute (JRJ) units are modelled with varying thickness from 30 mm to 120 mm in increments of 30 mm and impacted by flat (F), ogival (O) and hemispherical (HS) shaped projectiles. All the considered projectiles are impacted with proposed flexible composite blocks of different thicknesses and the penetration behaviour of the projectile in each case is studied. The penetration depth of the projectile in case of partially penetrated cases are considered and the effect of thickness and projectile shape on percentage of penetration depth is statistically analyzed using Tagu-chi's design of experiments (DOE). Results reveal that the though proposedflexible composite block with thickness of 90 mm is just sufficient to arrest the complete penetration of the projectile, considering the safety issues, it is recommended to use theflexible composite with thickness of 120 mm. The nature of damage caused by the projectile in the flexible composite is also studied. Statistical studies show that thickness of the block plays a prominent role in determining the damage resistance of the flexible composite. 相似文献

Shock tube design for high intensity blast waves for laboratory testing of armor and combat materiel

Shock tubes create simulated blast waves which can be directed and measured to study blast wave effects under laboratory conditions. It is desirable to increase available peak pressure from ∼1 MPa to ∼5 MPa to simulate closer blast sources and facilitate development and testing of personal and vehicle armors. Three methods are experimentally investigated to increase peak simulated blast pressure produced by an oxy-acetylene driven shock tube while maintaining suitability for laboratory studies. The first method is the addition of a Shchelkin spiral priming section which supports a deflagration to detonation transition. This approach increases the average peak pressure from 1.17 MPa to 5.33 MPa while maintaining a relevant pressure-time curve (near Friedlander waveform). The second method is a bottleneck between the driving and driven sections. Coupling a 79 mm diameter driving section to a 53 mm driven section increases the peak pressure from 1.17 MPa to 2.25 MPa. A 103 mm driving section is used to increase peak pressure to 2.64 MPa. The third method, adding solid fuel to the driving section with the oxy-acetylene, results in a peak pressure increasing to 1.70 MPa. 相似文献
