基于害虫综合管理（IPM）策略,研究一类具有脉冲效应和非线性发生率的害虫染病的生态一流行病模型,分别在不同的固定时刻喷洒农药、释放染病害虫及天敌。利用Floquet乘子理论、脉冲微分比较定理,证明了易感类害虫灭绝周期解的全局渐近稳定性,给出了系统持续生存的充分条件。

分析了配备有C~3I 系统的地炮营综合系统在对抗条件下的生存概率。计算了常态下在常规战中地炮营综合系统的生存概率,并给出了综合分析结果与结论。

讨论了密度制约的两种群竞争离散系统{x（n＋1）=x（n）exp｜r1-a1x（n）-b1y（n）｜ y（n＋1）=y9n）exp｜r2-a2x（n）-b2y（n）｜的初值解的有界性及系统的持久性。通过适当构造解的最终有界区域，证明了当b1/b2〈r1/r2/〈a1/a2时，系统是强持续生存的。这里ri,ai，bi（i=1，2）均为正的常数。

本文建立了一类具脉冲和垂直传染的传染病模型,应用脉冲微分议程周期解的全局稳定性、比较原理和分析方法,得到了该模型一致持续生存的充分条件,通过结果可以帮助我们了解,注射疫苗的周期T和注射比例P与疾病控制的联系。

A methodology for studying the dynamics of extended logistic systems

An extended logistic system is a well-defined configuration of equipment, modules, inventories, and repair and replacement facilities modeling a complex, repairable system with on-going repair. The design of such systems has been based largely on the static tools of inventory theory and reliability theory, i.e., on steady-state distributions and on associated means and variances. Such static tools suppress the scale of real lime and ignore system persistence time in up-states and persistence time in down-states. A reasonably simple dynamic methodology is presented, focusing on system failure time as a more meaningful objective function for system-design tradeoff studies. In the presence of good reliability, it is shown that different candidates for system failure time effectively merge to yield an unambiguous, single system failure time. Examples illustrating the importance of dynamic information for system design are given.

Origins and Persistence of State-Sponsored Militias: Path Dependent Processes in Third World Military Development

This article uses a sequential mixed method approach to examine the origins and persistence of paramilitaries and state-sponsored militias in the developing world. Combining comparative case studies of Southeast Asia and the Middle East with statistical analysis, it shows that revolutionary decolonization produces more decentralized and localized force structures, while direct inheritance of colonial armies leads to more conventional force structures. Subsequently, the level of competition within the regional system influences whether a state can persist in the use of paramilitaries or must transition to a more centralized, conventional force.

扭力轴头的堆焊修复加激光强化

本文对某重载车辆扭力轴轴头的堆焊修复加激光强化工艺进行了试验研究.优选了激光强化的工艺参数;分析了堆焊及激光强化层的组织;并进行了硬度及接触疲劳试验.试验结果表明:堆焊加激光强化层的硬度高,其接触疲劳性能比原材料高频淬火略有提高;堆焊加激光强化修复扭力轴轴头具有较高的经济效益.     

Bourdieu’s capital and insurgent group resilience:a field-theoretic approach to the polisario front

The conflict between the rebel group, the Polisario Front, and the Kingdom of Morocco is nearing its 43rd year. Though under-reported, the conflict itself garners attention for the resilience – some would say tenacity – of the ethnically Sahrawi Polisario Front. Despite shifting regional and international politics and the nearly 150,000 Sahrawi refugees waiting in nearby Algerian camps, the rebel group has survived. What explains its resilience? This article uses Bourdieu’s ‘forms of capital’ to understand the Polisario Front’s persistence. Based on field research in Algeria, Western Sahara, and the United States, it finds that social, cultural, symbolic, and economic capital may provide an explanation.
