一个新的类FEISTEL密码方案

分析了RSA和DES的算法优点和安全弱点,设计了一个新的密码算法方案。该方案以类FEISTEL结构为基础增强了左右两半部分结构的安全设计,利用了RSA进行密钥分配,并以序列密码算法的生成原理改变了固定密钥的缺点。该新方案具有一次一密的特点,给破译者获得大量的明密文对造成了很大的困难,可较好地抵抗差分分析与线性分析,是一种安全性较强的加密方案。     

对越轨功能的新认识

用传统算法求得最小烧毁比的值总是大于实际值,使计算结果偏于危险.根据实验测量的实际情况提出了一个新的算法,克服了上述缺点,这对反应堆热工设计与安全分析都有重要的意义.

A new bivariate negative binomial distribution

A new bivariate negative binomial distribution is derived by convoluting an existing bivariate geometric distribution; the probability function has six parameters and admits of positive or negative correlations and linear or nonlinear regressions. Given are the moments to order two and, for special cases, the regression function and a recursive formula for the probabilities. Purely numerical procedures are utilized in obtaining maximum likelihood estimates of the parameters. A data set with a nonlinear empirical regression function and another with negative sample correlation coefficient are discussed.     

国外新型预警机发展

对国外近年来涌现的新型预警机概念、原型机和计划项目,包括瑞典"全球眼"预警机、以色列C-295预警机、俄罗斯A-100预警机、日本国产预警机以及印度EMB-145I预警机的研发历程与现状、基本参数和发展应用前景进行了梳理与分析,并在此基础上总结了国外新型预警机发展特点,即平台多样化、功能全面化、网络中心化以及自主可控化。

Trajectory predictions of new lift separation sabots

This paper presents a modified analytical model to evaluate the trajectories of various lift separation sabot configurations. The aerodynamic forces acting on the sabot surfaces during a supersonic flight are modeled in the present analytical model by incorporating the pressures on the windward side of the sabot due to the detached/attached shock and its reflections and then integrated using the 3-DoF dynamical equations. The trajectory and the aerodynamic coefficients were obtained for these config-urations at a projectile Mach number of 3. The sabot configurations, which include two new designs, are compared with each other and with the conventional free flight trajectory data of the conventional sabots. The mechanical interaction between the sabot and projectile is also addressed in the present work. The comparison shows that the new designs with the aerodynamic surfaces close to the center of gravity, lift-off from the projectile with minimal mechanical interaction compared to a conventional sabot.     

A new surrogate dual multiplier search procedure

Efficient computation of tight bounds is of primary concern in any branch-and-bound procedure for solving integer programming problems. Many successful branch-and-bound approaches use the linear programming relaxation for bounding purposes. Significant interest has been reported in Lagrangian and surrogate duals as alternative sources of bounds. The existence of efficient techniques such as subgradient search for solving Lagrangian duals has led to some very successful applications of Lagrangian duality in solving specially structured problems. While surrogate duals have been theoretically shown to provide stronger bounds, the difficulty of surrogate dual-multiplier search has discouraged their employment in solving integer programs. Based on the development of a new relationship between surrogate and Lagrangian duality, we suggest a new strategy for computing surrogate dual values. The proposed approach allows us to directly use established Lagrangian search methods for exploring surrogate dual multipliers. Computational experience with randomly generated capital budgeting problems validates the economic feasibility of the proposed ideas.

Reliability acceptance testing for new series systems

The mean time between failures (MTBF) of a newly minted series system, all of whose components exhibit wear, will tend to be much larger than the MTBF of the same system after it has become fully aged. When fully aged systems are used for the testing, acceptance tests with a criterion regarding the MTBF of a well-aged system can be based on the assumption that times between system failures are independent, with identical exponential distributions. However, these tests are shown to offer essentially no consumer protection when applied to new systems. Tests are derived which are correct when new systems are under test but the acceptance criterion refers to the MTBF of a well-aged system. The derivation uses an approximate Poisson distribution which is valid if the total number of systems on test is sufficiently large.

传统的装备配置优化问题一般采用确定性的数学规划方法解决,难以满足高技术条件下现代战争中需要对大量随机现象和模糊现象进行精确定量分析的实际要求。在分析了高技术条件下装备配置问题一般特性的基础上,根据机会约束规划和模糊机会约束规划的思想,提出了一种新的建立装备配置优化模型的思路和方法,并给出了基于随机模拟的遗传算法的实值算例,算例结果与实际情况基本相符,反映了模型的科学性与实用性。

The new government in Egypt will have to deal with the following challenges in its foreign policy: the Palestinians, Sinai, the arms race between Israel and Egypt, the nuclear issue, the Suez Canal, and the Tiran Straits. Egypt has to decide what its approach would be toward these issues and as to how to maneuver between its own interests and those of other states such as Israel and the USA. All the sides have to consider their steps carefully in order to avoid an unnecessary crisis.
