柴油机燃油喷油量的试验计算方法研究

介绍了一种根据外卡式传感器测量的电压波和几何供油规律计算循环喷油量的新方法,并在12150L发动机用喷油泵试验台上进行了验证.试验表明该方法能实现对喷油量的不解体测量.     

SiC(Ti)纤维与铝的相容性及预制丝性能的研究

本文利用纤维测强法研究了镀铝SiC(Ti)纤维经不同规范热处理后的抗拉强度变化规律,探讨了SiC(Ti)纤维与铝的相容性。采用超声液相浸渗法成功地制备出SiC(Ti)/Al预制丝。预制丝强度及其萃取纤维强度试验和金相、扫描电镜观察等结果表明,该纤维在所定的工艺条件下强度降级甚小,纤维与铝之间的结合良好,所制出的预制丝强度达到ROM预测值。     

考虑损耗情况下定子绕组传输特性

提出了考虑损耗情况下定子绕组传输特性的多导体传输线理论计算方法,该方法能考虑匝间电容、匝间互感的影响。应用于一具体电机样机,在较宽频率范围内,计算结果与实测结果一致     

调整参数对喷射系统压力波特征参数的影响

用新研制的卡持式传感器及其测试系统,在高压油泵试验台上做了调整喷射系统喷油器循环喷油量、喷油开启压力和高压油泵转速的试验,测得了各种试验条件下的压力波、计算了压力波的特征值.在此基础上,研究了各调整参数对测量的电压波形及其特征参数的影响程度和规律;证明了外卡式传感器测量的电压波能真实地反映高压油管内的压力波动,可用于喷射系统各角度的动态测量.     

Life distribution analysis based on Lévy subordinators for degradation with random jumps

For a component or a system subject to stochastic degradation with sporadic jumps that occur at random times and have random sizes, we propose to model the cumulative degradation with random jumps using a single stochastic process based on the characteristics of Lévy subordinators, the class of nondecreasing Lévy processes. Based on the inverse Fourier transform, we derive a new closed‐form reliability function and probability density function for lifetime, represented by Lévy measures. The reliability function derived using the traditional convolution approach for common stochastic models such as gamma degradation process with random jumps, is revealed to be a special case of our general model. Numerical experiments are used to demonstrate that our model performs well for different applications, when compared with the traditional convolution method. More importantly, it is a general and useful tool for life distribution analysis of stochastic degradation with random jumps in multidimensional cases. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. An exact branch‐and‐price algorithm for multitasking scheduling on unrelated parallel machines

We consider the multitasking scheduling problem on unrelated parallel machines to minimize the total weighted completion time. In this problem, each machine processes a set of jobs, while the processing of a selected job on a machine may be interrupted by other available jobs scheduled on the same machine but unfinished. To solve this problem, we propose an exact branch‐and‐price algorithm, where the master problem at each search node is solved by a novel column generation scheme, called in‐out column generation, to maintain the stability of the dual variables. We use a greedy heuristic to obtain a set of initial columns to start the in‐out column generation, and a hybrid strategy combining a genetic algorithm and an exact dynamic programming algorithm to solve the pricing subproblems approximately and exactly, respectively. Using randomly generated data, we conduct numerical studies to evaluate the performance of the proposed solution approach. We also examine the effects of multitasking on the scheduling outcomes, with which the decision maker can justify making investments to adopt or avoid multitasking.
