气液同轴离心式喷嘴雾化特性实验研究

采用自行设计的两相喷雾实验设备和测量装置,通过ＭＦ激光散射测粒仪,对液氧液氢火箭发动机所用量气液同轴离心式喷嘴后方喷雾液滴的平均直径ＭＭＤ和液滴尺寸分布指数ｎ等雾化特性,进行了试验研究,测量了Ａ型喷嘴在不同气体和液体喷注压降、不同空间位置的喷雾特性。分析了气体喷注压降一定时液体喷注压降对雾化特性的影响规律,以及当液体喷注压降一定时气体喷注压降对雾化特性的影响规律,得出了一些有意义的结论。研完结果对气液同轴离心式喷嘴设计有一定的指导意义。     

基于 Fuzzy 数序的多属性决策与综合评判模型

本文讨论了在多属性决策与综合评判问题中存在的Ｆｕｚｚｙ不确定性,并给出了Ｆｕｚｚｙ数的排序方法及有关线性运算法则。在此基础上提出了考虑Ｆｕｚｚｙ不确定性的多属性决策及综合评判模型。     

Designing acceptance sampling schemes for life testing with mixed censoring

Mixed censoring is useful extension of Type I and Type II censoring and combines some advantages of both types of censoring. This paper proposes a general Bayesian framework for designing a variable acceptance sampling scheme with mixed censoring. A general loss function which includes the sampling cost, the time‐consuming cost, the salvage value, and the decision loss is employed to determine the Bayes risk and the corresponding optimal sampling plan. An explicit expression of the Bayes risk is derived. The new model can easily be adapted to create life testing models for different distributions. Specifically, two commonly used distributions including the exponential distribution and the Weibull distribution are considered with a special decision loss function. We demonstrate that the proposed model is superior to models with Type I or Type II censoring. Numerical examples are reported to illustrate the effectiveness of the method proposed. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2004     

新中国成立后毛泽东国防工程建设思想探析

新中国成立后,国防工程建设成为巩固国防的重要组成部分.毛泽东从战略高度,对国防工程建设进行精心筹划,做出一系列重大决策和指示,指导中国国防工程体系的构建,保证新中国战备与作战任务的完成,并在支援国家经济建设中发挥重要作用.本文从国防工程建设的基本着眼点、主要内容、基本原则等方面,对新中国成立后毛泽东国防工程建设思想进行初步研究.     

密集目标有偏航迹整体匹配关联方法

针对密集目标和传感器探测存在较大系统偏差的复杂条件下的分布式融合中航迹关联问题,设计了一种整体匹配航迹关联方法,首先将所有航迹划分成若干个关联聚,对各传感器都有多个目标航迹的关联聚采用多目标点图整体匹配,对某传感器只有单目标航迹的关联聚采用航迹段整体匹配,从而获得关联聚内所有航迹的关联关系。在仿真分析中,随机产生态势,分别计算新算法在不同情形下的漏关联、正确关联率、错误关联率。仿真验证结果表明该算法在不同目标密集程度、系统误差情形下都有较好的适应性。

重视思想作风建设是我党我军的优良传统.建军初期,党的思想路线的初步确立为军队思想作风建设奠定了思想基础;抗战期间和解放战争时期,我党我军思想作风建设主要采取延安整风和新式整军运动的形式;建国后,军队思想作风建设抓得很紧;改革开放以来军队思想作风建设与时俱进.历史启示新形势下军队思想作风建设,必须坚持党的思想路线,从思想根源上解决问题,加强党性修养,贯彻整风精神,发挥领导干部的模范带头作用.

基于逆传系统法的动态载荷识别研究

在载荷识别研究中,时域内载荷识别在其逆传系统载荷识别的研究,目前一般停留在最小相位可逆系统上,基于时间序列模型的逆传系统法系统动态载荷识别理论,提出了一种新的研究方法,克服了传统载荷识别方法对结构的边界条件仅仅局限于可逆系统,并利用计算机仿真验证了该方法不但适用于可逆系统,而且对不可逆系统的载荷识别同样有效.     

Optimal control of a capacitated inventory system with multiple demand classes

This article studies the optimal control of a periodic‐review make‐to‐stock system with limited production capacity and multiple demand classes. In this system, a single product is produced to fulfill several classes of demands. The manager has to make the production and inventory allocation decisions. His objective is to minimize the expected total discounted cost. The production decision is made at the beginning of each period and determines the amount of products to be produced. The inventory allocation decision is made after receiving the random demands and determines the amount of demands to be satisfied. A modified base stock policy is shown to be optimal for production, and a multi‐level rationing policy is shown to be optimal for inventory allocation. Then a heuristic algorithm is proposed to approximate the optimal policy. The numerical studies show that the heuristic algorithm is very effective. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Fashion products with asymmetric sales horizons

In this study, we explore an inventory model for a wholesaler who sells a fashion product through two channels with asymmetric sales horizons. The wholesaler can improve profitability by employing joint procurement and inventory reallocation as a recourse action in response to the dynamics of sales. In this research, a simple stochastic programming model is analyzed to specify the properties of the optimal inventory decisions. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2011
