基于递归神经网络的C3I系统故障预报系统

阐述了C3I系统故障预测系统的设计要求,分析了带有偏差单元的递归神经网络的相关原理,建立了C3I系统故障的神经网络预测模型并提出了相应的训练算法.提出了把神经网络、预测理论和专家系统有机地结合起来建立故障预报系统的初步设想.并以防空C3I系统的典型故障为例,实现了故障的预测.预测结果证明,给出的神经网络预测模型和训练算法是可行的,且具有较高的精度.     

防空兵C3I系统生存能力的综合量化评估

结合实际作战情况,给出了防空兵C3I系统生存能力综合评价的指标体系.利用AHP和Delphi法进行权重的确定,并对定性指标的处理方法即Delphi法进行了详细的介绍,对定量指标采用标准化值的方法处理,从一定程度上克服了专家赋值的主观因素,利用AHP法和模糊综合评判法建立了防空兵C3I系统生存能力的综合量化评估模型,最后以实例证明了其可行性.     

新体制导航信号下I/Q幅相不一致对接收机测距零值的影响分析

随着现代化导航信号带宽的增大，由于可以大幅降低采样率，复信号采样的优势日趋明显。由于存在I/Q幅相误差，复信号采样对导航接收机伪距测量造成了一定影响。改进了信道非理想与I/Q幅相误差共同影响BPSK/QPSK信号零值测量的分析模型；在该模型基础上，推导得到了任意I/Q误差和信道非理想特性影响BOC信号伪距零值的模型；探讨了二者在频域抗干扰应用场景下引起的零值变化；理论分析与软件接收机仿真结果高度吻合，误差在1.5×10^-4码片内，证明了分析模型的精确性。该分析方法可用于对高性能导航接收机信道特性进行事先约束及筛选，以确保干扰场景下的零值变化满足要求。     

Statistical analysis for masked system life data from Marshall‐Olkin Weibull distribution under progressive hybrid censoring

This paper considers the statistical analysis of masked data in a series system, where the components are assumed to have Marshall‐Olkin Weibull distribution. Based on type‐I progressive hybrid censored and masked data, we derive the maximum likelihood estimates, approximate confidence intervals, and bootstrap confidence intervals of unknown parameters. As the maximum likelihood estimate does not exist for small sample size, Gibbs sampling is used to obtain the Bayesian estimates and Monte Carlo method is employed to construct the credible intervals based on Jefferys prior with partial information. Numerical simulations are performed to compare the performances of the proposed methods and one data set is analyzed.

In a environment where party financing, private funding in particular, is generally a laissez-faire business, as in most Southern African countries, there is the real risk that interest groups and wealthy individuals will buy influence in political parties and in so doing erode public confidence in the political system. Because they are neither open to public scrutiny nor subject to any legislative restraints, huge private donations can, and often do, come with strings attached. This lack of transparency and openness, as well as mechanisms to prevent it, provides ample ground for influence peddling, where those who pay the piper call the tune. Left unchecked, this party funding scenario will continue to be a serious indictment of the region's democratisation projects, crippling democracy and stunting economic development. New Evidence on the Original Setup of the ‘Tilbury Group’, Formerly in the Tower of London

Abstract

An argument is presented that Valentine Green’s mezzotint engraving ‘Queen Elizabeth at the Head of her Army at Tilbury-Fort, A.D. 1588’ (1792) was inspired by the late 18th-century life-sized group of three figures representing the same subject that was formerly on show at the Tower of London. The mezzotint presented in Acta Historica Reginarum Angliae is the only known image of the original pre-1828 setup of the display, showing the figure of the queen in a skirt-like piece of armour that has since been re-identified as King Henry VIII’s tonlet armour.
