含逻辑门的C~4ISR系统效能评估

为了充分考虑C4ISR系统中若干子层重要指标对整体效能的影响,更加贴切地反映装备的真实效能,将"逻辑门"的思想应用到C4ISR系统效能指标的聚合中,构建了含有逻辑门的C4ISR系统效能指标体系;并应用灰色聚类评估法,对系统重要指标进行评估,解决了类似于"一票否决"式指标对系统整体效能的影响性问题,并为合理应用该方法提供了一种有益的思考思路。     

基于模糊交互式多模型算法跟踪临近空间目标

由于临近空间高超声速飞行器采用非弹道式机动飞行方式,飞行速度、高度、加速度不断变化,目标机动具有长周期机动特点,而且临近空间目标飞行速度快,具有较高的升阻比,且在大气层内长时间飞行,其运动轨迹往往呈现出"跳跃"特征,给地面防御系统对其定位和跟踪带来了巨大的困难,传统的滤波算法无法给出精确的目标状态估计,跟踪性能变差。为了更好满足非机动式弹道滤波的需要,通过模糊逻辑算法与交互式多模型算法相结合,形成模糊交互式多模型算法,实现对临近空间目标飞行器跟踪,并保证了定位跟踪精度在允许范围之内。Matlab仿真结果验证了算法的有效性。

The Cyprus puzzle and the Greek - Turkish arms race: Forecasting developments using genetically evolved fuzzy cognitive maps

The scope of this paper is to forecast the extent to which a settlement of the Cyprus issue may be possible given the decisions taken during the Copenhagen EU summit. It aims, in addition, at investigating the possibilities of improvement in Greek-Turkish relations which may lead, in turn, to reducing the arms race between the two countries. The paper uses a Genetically Evolved Certainty Neuron Fuzzy Cognitive Map algorithm to consider a number of scenarios examining the possible reactions of all sides involved in the Cyprus issue, namely Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, the Turkish-Cypriot community and the international environment. All simulation exercises suggest that the Greek and the Cypriot side should not necessarily rely on the decisions taken during the Copenhagen summit conference. The forecasts point out, in addition, that the optimism of the Greek government concerning the outlook of its relations with Turkey, and a subsequent reduction of the arms race against it, is far from being justified.     

JUST WAR AND CYBERWAR

My aim in this paper is to reflect on a very narrow question: under what conditions might a cyber-attack provide a just cause for war? I begin by articulating what makes for a just cause, briefly address the problem of attribution, and then discuss three broad categories of cyber-attack: those that clearly do not satisfy the just cause requirement, those that clearly do satisfy the just cause requirement, and three ambiguous cases – the destruction of property, the emplacement of logic bombs, and the failure to prevent cyber-attacks. My conclusions are exploratory and suggestive rather than definitive, partly by virtue of the extreme paucity of literature on the moral assessment of cyberwar.     

MATLAB环境下目标图像的实时辨识方法

介绍一种在MATLAB环境下彩色立体视觉装置在环的实时图像处理系统 ,用于自动识别前方汽车目标和计算距离。鉴于汽车均具有红色尾灯这一普遍特征和人观测色彩的一致性 ,在此采用了基于色度—饱和度—亮度模型的模糊规则来提取汽车尾灯的颜色特征 ;利用汽车上的反射光或阴影区域的亮度特征来进一步确认辨识结果 ,以克服复杂环境中背景颜色和各种光照视角、强度的变化对图像特征所产生的影响。此外 ,文中还提出一种新颖而快速的自适应“移位滤波器”算法 ,以消除颗粒状和细长带状噪声 ,并给出了实验结果和结论     

有限扩域上的Fuzzy子域

在文[3]中,引入了更一般的Fuzzy理想等概念,使Fuzzy代数结构的研究进一步深入进行。本文作为Fuzzy结构理论中的又一课题,引入了Fuzzy子域等概念,对有限扩域上的Fuzzy子域的构造问题进行了比较详细的讨论,得到了几个类似于[2]中的表示定理。尔后,引入了诱导Fuzzy子域,对单纯代数扩域上的诱导Fuzzy子域进行了研究。     

运用模糊逻辑的火炮故障诊断专家系统

本文将模糊逻辑理论引入军械装备故障诊断问题的研究,给出火炮故障诊断专家系统(FDESG)的设计方法与实现技术。通过对火炮维修专家模糊思维特点的分析,在FDESG的设计中,对模糊知识库的组织采用因果网络表示法实现的分层、分块式结构;将火炮维修专家在处理问题使用的模糊知识抽象为事实性知识和诊断性知识,并分别采取了二元组和模糊规则的表示方法;提出一种多层正反向混合模糊推理策略.以模拟专家的模糊推理过程;设计出-一组计算结论不确定性的传播函数,而且为使其表现形式易于被用户所接受,还提出一种基于Minkowski距离的语言近似方法。     

模糊数学与计算机应用

论述模糊数学与计算机发展之关系,设想利用模糊数学方法解决计算机进行模糊模式识别的过程,给出了几个具体例子。     

推理树概率逻辑公式集有效赋值列数计算

本文通过对概率逻辑推理树知识结构模型的研究,得出在树推理中对矩阵列消减起主要作用的相邻关系及其计算方法,给出了树推理模型的有效赋值列数的一般计算方法。
