本文将系统仿真技术应用于故障检测与诊断(FDD),提出了通过实测信息在线交互减小解决理论轨线偏差的思想,建立了基于系统仿真FDD逻辑结构,针对MIMO系统和线性动态-测量系统构造了具有良好统计性质的故障辨识算法,为故障检测、故障辨识、故障时间的确定和故障模式识别提供了实现的可能性。本文的思想和方法不但可用于CVDS的故障检测与诊断,对大规模复杂系统的故障分析也具有借鉴和参考价值。  相似文献

消防站布局是否合理是及时扑灭火灾的关键,当前城市消防站规划方法主观性较大,缺乏量化数据支持,研究科学合理的城市消防站布局优化方法,具有十分重要的意义。在吸收前人研究的基础上,运用区域火灾风险评估、ARCGIS、遗传算法等,在构建消防响应时间满意度函数的基础上,构建了基于消防响应时间满意度的消防站布局优化选址方法。该方法从消防需求角度对研究区域的消防站布局进行了规划,达到用最少的消防站覆盖全部的消防需求点,以实现消防资源的最优化配置。  相似文献

Tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding is the most commonly used joining process for aluminum alloy for AA6061 and AA7075 which are highly demanded in the aerospace engineering and the automobile sector, but there are some defects occur during TIG welding like micro-crack, coarse grain structure, and porosity. To improve these defects, the TIG welded joint is processed using friction stir processing (FSP). This paper presents the effect of friction stir processing on TIG welding with filler ER4043 and ER 5356 for dissimilar aluminum alloy AA6061 and AA7075. The mechanical characterization, finite element formulation and mathematical equations of heat transfer of TIG + FSP welded joints are investigated using ANSYS Fluent software by adjusting process parameters of FSP. The results show that the maximum compressive residual stress 73 MPa was obtained at the fusion zone (FZ) of the TIG weldment with filler ER4043, whereas minimum compressive residual stress 37 MPa was obtained at stir zone (SZ) of the TIG+FSP with filler 5356. The maximum heat flux 5.33 × 106 W/m2 and temperature 515 ℃ have observed at tool rotation 1600 rpm with a feed rate of 63 mm/min. Based on the elastic theory of cylindrical shells and the theory of composite laminates, a prediction model for the residual prestress of the simplified round composite barrel for railgun is established. Only the fibre pretension is considered in this model. A three dimensional numerical simulation for the residual prestress in the railgun barrel is carried out, by combining the temperature differential method with the element birth and death technology. The results obtained by the two methods are compared. It reveals that the distribution trends of residual prestress are consistent. And the difference for residual prestress in the filament wound composite housing of barrel is relatively small. The same finite element method is used to analysis the residual prestress in the non-simplified composite barrels for railgun, which are under different control modes of winding tension. The results mean that the residual prestress in barrel will increase while the taper coefficient for winding is decreasing. Therefore, the sealing performance in bore is improved, but the strength of the filament wound composite housing drops. In addition, the axial and circumferential residual prestress in the filament wound composite housing with constant torque winding are close to the ones in iso-stress design for barrel.  相似文献

针对传统摄像机标定中由于像差等非线性因素的影响造成结果精度和稳定性不高且算法复杂的特点 ,提出了用 4层前向神经网络模型变易摄像机横纵向有效焦距的方法。给出了摄像机标定结果和用标定后的摄像机进行三维立体测量的结果 ,并与传统方法作了对比。结果表明 ,基于神经网络的摄像机标定方法可以获得比传统方法更高的精度和稳定性  相似文献

寻找相容关系的极大相容类和简单图的极大完全子图,在解决二元关系与数据挖掘和管理决策中的具体问题时有重要作用。利用相容关系的极大相容类与简单图的极大完全子图之间的对应关系,对极大完全子图的路径长度进行分析,得到了关于极大完全子图路径长度的一个定理。并根据该定理构造了一个用矩阵的路径长度搜索简单图的极大完全子图的方法,进而利用该方法找出了对应相容关系的极大相容类。  相似文献

MacGregor and Harris (J Quality Technol 25 (1993) 106–118) proposed the exponentially weighted mean squared deviation (EWMS) and the exponentially weighted moving variance (EWMV) charts as ways of monitoring process variability. These two charts are particularly useful for individual observations where no estimate of variability is available from replicates. However, the control charts derived by using the approximate distributions of the EWMS and EWMV statistics are difficult to interpret in terms of the average run length (ARL). Furthermore, both control charting schemes are biased procedures. In this article, we propose two new control charts by applying a normal approximation to the distributions of the logarithms of the weighted sum of chi squared random variables, which are respectively functions of the EWMS and EWMV statistics. These new control charts are easy to interpret in terms of the ARL. On the basis of the simulation studies, we demonstrate that the proposed charts are superior to the EWMS and EWMV charts and they both are nearly unbiased for the commonly used smoothing constants. We also compare the performance of the proposed charts with that of the change point (CP) CUSUM chart of Acosta‐Mejia (1995). The design of the proposed control charts is discussed.
