Poland's national potential and its international position within the European Union – research remarks

This article examines Poland's national potential and its international position within the European Union (EU) with respect to security issues. It presents research results based on a comparison of Poland's national potential as it relates to other EU countries, which is useful when evaluating Poland's power within the EU. The article also evaluates Poland's crisis potential, i.e. it identifies those factors that may potentially be treated as threats to national and regional security. Finally, it enables the identification of challenges to Poland's security in the second decade of the twenty-first century. The research is conducted according to a multidimensional comparative analysis, which is perceived by the author as the best available to measure a country's power despite its weaknesses.     

Assortment optimization with position effects under the nested logit model

We study the assortment optimization problem with position effects under the nested logit model, whose goal is to find the revenue-maximizing subset of products as well as their corresponding display positions. In this joint assortment-position optimization problem, the choices of products are affected by not only their qualities and prices but also the positions where they are displayed. Despite determining the assortment and their corresponding display positions sequentially, we propose to solve this problem in an integrated way to obtain the optimal solution. We formulate this problem as a nonlinear binary integer programming model and develop a dynamic programming based solution approach to obtain the optimal assortment-position assignments. We carry out extensive numerical experiments to evaluate the benefit of our integrated approach. The most important insight we discover is that it is not necessarily better to put the most attractive products in the best position. Moreover, we show that compared to the sequential approaches, our approach can improve revenue by 10.38% on average, which suggests that firms should take into consideration position effects when making assortment decisions. Finally, we discuss results related to two extensions of this problem, that is, the special case when positions are preassigned to nests, and the joint assortment-position-price optimization problem.     

车辆运动模拟器运动参数实时监测系统

针对车辆运动模拟器运动参数的实时测量要求研制了一套计算机实时在线监测系统,介绍了监测系统的组成和功能,通过对车辆运动模拟器油缸位移的分析,推导了模拟器运动参数的理论解算方法,并从数据通讯、处理和管理等方面对监测软件进行分析与设计,从而实现了模拟器运动参数监测模式的多样化。     

INS/GPS组合制导修正主动段自旋误差研究

弹道导弹主动段自旋可以对抗激光武器拦截,实现主动段突防.但是主动段自旋又会引起较大的速度位置偏差,进而造成较大的落点偏差.提出了一种通过自由段组合制导修正落点偏差的方案.首先建立了主动段自旋弹道模型,分析了主动段自旋引起的速度位置误差及最终的落点偏差,然后在自由段采用INS/GPS组合制导,应用卡尔曼滤波对数据进行处理.仿真表明,该方法可以明显提高导弹的命中精度.     

面向远火面压制的阵地体系生存效能评估

为满足阵地战时毁伤规律研究需要,以阵地体系为研究对象,从系统的角度出发,探究阵地体系目标生存效能与物理毁伤的映射关系,构建阵地体系生存效能评估模型,并运用蒙特卡洛方法实现阵地目标毁伤模拟,给阵地体系目标的毁伤量化评估与防护决策提供了依据.     

基于复杂网络理论的军事力量部署研究

运用复杂网络理论,将军事力量部署进行网络拓扑化,通过分析计算网络关键节点的组成来研究军事力量在空间部署的合理性。在定义了军事力量部署网络拓扑化后的关键节点概念的基础上,提出了基于网络节点度和介数综合数学模型来评价网络节点关键度量值数学模型及基本算法流程,并运用案例进行了计算分析。     

GPS引导在舰炮武器系统试验中的应用

针对目前非自备式舰炮武器系统目标引导的需求问题,设计了一种新的试验方法,该方法通过在现有的测控设备硬件平台上增加同步串口卡和通讯传输转换介质,并经过一定量的坐标数据变换处理,从而实现了GPS定位数据到舰炮武器系统目指数据的软、硬件转换。该方法在某型号武器系统试验中得到了充分认证,为后续试验中类似情况提供了技术参考。     

舰载雷达低空作战性能评估

根据美军用的ADC模型,结合低空目标的特点,提出对舰载雷达低空作战性能的评估方法,把性能评估的重点放在探测能力、定位能力、抗干扰能力和识别能力这四个能力因子上,并给出确定方法.所作研究可为定量分析舰载雷达对低空目标作战性能提供依据.     

导弹阵地静电电磁环境效应初探

从静电的定义及产生方式、危害及形成条件2个方面,简述了静电;结合导弹阵地的实际电磁环境,从提高导弹武器系统的可靠性等3个方面,具体论述了开展导弹阵地静电电磁环境效应研究的意义;研究了导弹阵地静电源的形成机理和作用机理;结合导弹阵地的静电研究结论,从抑制静电累积、采取EMC措施等4个方面对导弹阵地的静电防护作了讨论。     

基于证据理论的常规导弹阵地生存防护研究

着眼于阵地生存防护对策分析中的不确定性,提出了一种基于证据理论判别来袭武器类型的方法,通过对武器威胁度的评估,建立了来袭武器威胁等级判据,构建了详细的生存对策,可为常规导弹阵地生存防护决策提供有效的辅助支持.
