组合末制导律及其仿真研究

传统的比例导引具有很多缺点。第一,在攻击大机动目标时的控制精度差;第二,对导弹的需用过载要求大;第三,增益高的比例导引中任何噪声都会使它的性能大大降低。为了克服上述缺点,提出了一种简单有效的组合末制导规律,即比例加追踪法的组合末制导规律,它继承了纯比例导引所具有的简单、易于实现的优点,同时还可以降低导弹的需用过载,提高导弹的打击精度。经过大量的数字仿真,所提出的组合末制导律,导弹的平均过载和峰值以及终端脱靶量均小于比例导引。

Applying Lanchester's linear law to model the Ardennes campaign

In modern warfare, many believe the decisive factor in winning a battle is seizing the right moment to shift from defense to attack, or vice versa. This paper attempts to bring that perspective to Lanchester's differential equations of warfare, and continues the application of Lanchester's linear law to the analysis of the World War II battle of Ardennes, as reported in earlier issues of Naval Research Logistics by Bracken and by Fricker. A new variable, shift time, accounting for the timing of the shift between defense and attack is explicitly included in our version of the model, and it helps obtain improved goodness of fit to historical data. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. An application of the MTP2 property on bounds on system reliability

This paper is concerned with the joint prior distribution of the dependent reliabilities of the components of a binary system. When this distribution is MTP₂ (Multivariate Totally Positive of Order 2), it is shown in general that this actually makes the machinery of Natvig and Eide [7] available to arrive at the posterior distribution of the system's reliability, based on data both at the component and system level. As an illustration in a common environmental stress case, the joint prior distribution of the reliabilities is shown to have the MTP₂ property. We also show, similarly to Gåsemyr and Natvig [3], for the case of independent components given component reliabilities how this joint prior distribution may be based on the combination of expert opinions. 针对现代海战的特点,分析了现代海战对反舰导弹的性能需求,提出了亚超结合反舰导弹是未来反舰导弹的发展方向。进一步分析了亚超结合反舰导弹对控制系统的要求,并对未来亚超结合反舰导弹控制系统控制规律的选取作了研究分析,最后提出了亚超结合反舰导弹设计的主要关键技术和应注意的几个问题。     

新型光电装备免费及按比例组合保修策略

通过对新型光电装备故障规律和实际保修的需求分析,在原有规定保证期内免费保修策略基础上进行优化,提出免费及按比例保修组合策略概念,建立该策略对应的费用模型及可用度模型,得到费效比函数。同时通过对某新型光电装备保证期内维修保障工作应用组合保修策略开展实例建模,得到最优策略并分析证明提出该组合策略的实用性和可行性。     

层次分析法在反坦克导弹阵地选择中的应用

反坦克导弹是未来高技术战争中不可或缺的反装甲兵种,特别是在渡海登岛作战中,先头抢滩登陆部队能否巩固和扩大登陆场地,很大程度取决于登陆部队反装甲力量的运用.在此过程中,反坦克导弹分队的阵地选择极其重要,运用层次分析法建立反坦克导弹阵地选择的递阶层次模型,通过计算,确定反坦克导弹阵地选择的最佳方案通过组合一致性检验,选择地形单元C_1为反坦克导弹阵地,作为最终的决策依据.     

多业务接入平台及其在军事通信中的应用

文中介绍了军用通信网接入层的组建原则,通过比较目前几种不同的接入技术,说明了多业务接入平台(MSAP)的技术特点和优势,提出了以MSAP作为军用通信网接入层的解决方案,并给出了采用MSAP组网的网络示意图。最后采用CPU+ASIC+FPGA这种典型的通信系统硬件架构,分析了MSAP的软硬件联合实现。
