刍议研究生专业英语教学材料的编写

编写教学材料是专业英语教学的重要环节之一,不仅可以对专业英语教材进行必要的弥补和及时的更新,而且对完善教学大纲起着积极的作用.特别是在我国学科专业众多、专业英语教材相对匮乏等客观条件下,专业英语教学材料的编写尤为重要.基于需求分析和ESP教学理念,探讨专业英语教学材料编写的必要性,教学材料的选取过程及应把握的原则。     

舰艇编队协同作战的空中目标威胁评估研究

从系统分析舰艇编队协同作战的空中目标威胁评估问题入手,深入研究了协同作战环境下编队空中目标威胁评估的基本过程。在此基础上,针对编队协同决策的特点,建立了基于两层决策的协同作战环境下编队空中目标威胁评估模型,从而提出了舰艇编队协同作战的空中目标威胁评估方法。最后,通过实例说明了所提方法的有效性。     

Choosing arrival process models for service systems: Tests of a nonhomogeneous Poisson process

Service systems such as call centers and hospital emergency rooms typically have strongly time‐varying arrival rates. Thus, a nonhomogeneous Poisson process (NHPP) is a natural model for the arrival process in a queueing model for performance analysis. Nevertheless, it is important to perform statistical tests with service system data to confirm that an NHPP is actually appropriate, as emphasized by Brown et al. [8]. They suggested a specific statistical test based on the Kolmogorov–Smirnov (KS) statistic after exploiting the conditional‐uniform (CU) property to transform the NHPP into a sequence of i.i.d. random variables uniformly distributed on [0,1] and then performing a logarithmic transformation of the data. We investigate why it is important to perform the final data transformation and consider what form it should take. We conduct extensive simulation experiments to study the power of these alternative statistical tests. We conclude that the general approach of Brown et al. [8] is excellent, but that an alternative data transformation proposed by Lewis [22], drawing upon Durbin [10], produces a test of an NHPP test with consistently greater power. We also conclude that the KS test after the CU transformation, without any additional data transformation, tends to be best to test against alternative hypotheses that primarily differ from an NHPP only through stochastic and time dependence. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. An interactive approach to multicriteria sorting for quasiconcave value functions

In this article, we develop an interactive algorithm to place alternatives in ordered preference classes for a decision maker (DM) with an increasing quasiconcave value function. Such value functions are quite general in that they include linear and concave value functions. Our aim is to elicit sorting information from the DM as few times as possible; our algorithm places other alternatives using previous responses from the DM utilizing properties of quasiconcave value functions. As an application, we sort 81 global MBA programs into preference classes using criteria such as alumni career progress, idea generation, and diversity. We study the performance of our proposed algorithm, when we change the number of criteria, number of alternatives, and introduce response errors. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 在单故障假设条件下,考虑了传感器的失效概率和设备的故障率,提出一种以故障检测率和故障隔离率为约束条件的降低传感器费用和失效概率的混合整数非线性规划(MINLP)模型,从而为机电产品测试性设计中传感器选择问题提供了一种可行和有效的解决方法,并进行了案例验证,说明了该方法的有效性。     

对当前消防部队信息化建设的思考

目前消防部队信息化建设取得了初步成效,但与部队需求还存在一定差距,存在着对信息化建设认识不够高、信息化应用不深入、专业人才偏少、人员素质偏低、投入资金不足等问题,并针对存在的问题提出了解决对策。

基于TOPSIS的战区高层反导威胁评估

在分析战区高层反导威胁评估特点的基础上,建立了以来袭TBM发射点、预测落点、射程等为核心的战区高层反导威胁评估模型指标体系并进行了相应的量化,然后利用基于熵值权重确定的TOPSIS理论对模型进行求解。通过实例证明所提出的战区高层反导威胁评估模型和算法的有效性,对研究美军的战区高层反导武器系统具有一定的借鉴意义。     

改进的TOPSIS法在雷达干扰资源分配中的应用

对雷达进行侦查是干扰雷达的前提,由于侦查无法得到精确的实际雷达工作参数,而只能得到一个工作参数区间,因此属性值为确定值的多属性决策方法是不适用的.从多个属性出发,提出改进的基于逼近理想解排序的TOPSIS法,针对属性权重信息不完全且属性值为区间数的特征,将多属性决策问题运用到雷达干扰资源分配中来,对雷达干扰资源进行优选配置,通过多个无线传感器干扰节点协同干扰,使其达到最佳的干扰效果.
