家园合作中父母参与程度的现状调查——基于新疆兵团S市幼儿园的问卷调查

利用“幼儿园家庭教养方式调查研究”基础数据,本研究从家长参与家园合作活动的频率、内容和方式三个维度考察家园合作中父母的参与程度问题,研究表明新疆兵团s市家长参与频率非常低,参与家园合作活动的内容单一,呈现出不平等的单向交流方式。同时,研究认为幼儿园性质是影响家园合作中父母参与程度的重要因素,而家长族别、文化程度和家庭户籍状况与家长参与程度无显著相关。最后,研究分析了家园合作工作中幼儿园与家长之间的关系,提出公办幼儿园和民办幼儿园促进家告参与的教师理念与策略,使家长参与更具实效性。     

论网络环境下公安院校图书馆信息资源的共建与共享

在图书馆现代化建设中,资源共享是实现文献资源合理配置、有效管理、充分利用的最佳途径,是图书情报服务人员所追求的共同目标,也是国内外图书馆建设与发展的大趋势。因此,如何在网络环境下实现信息资源的共建共享,已成为进一步深化公安院校图书馆现代化建设、拓宽服务领域、提高服务质量的重要课题。     

Switching costs,dynamic uncertainty,and buyer–seller relationships

We analyze strategic relationships between buyers and sellers in markets with switching costs and dynamic uncertainty by investigating the scenario wherein a representative buyer trades with two foreign sellers located in the same foreign country. We show that, under exchange rate uncertainty, switching costs may lead to switching equilibria where both sellers co‐exist in the market with the buyer, or no‐switching equilibria where either seller captures the market. The presence of exchange rate uncertainty facilitates competition by allowing the sellers to co‐exist in the market with the buyer. However, if the level of uncertainty is beyond a threshold, the only viable equilibria are those where one of the sellers captures the market. Further, depending on the level of exchange rate uncertainty and the sellers' variable costs, switching costs may either raise or lower the level of prices in long‐term contracts between the buyer and the sellers. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 基于分布搜索的传感器指示交接协商机制

针对传感器指示交接技术中"指示任务怎样执行"的问题,根据指示交接的实际过程,研究了多传感器针对多个协作任务怎样进行更好调度的问题,提出了基于分布搜索的多维协商机制。通过协商函数的迭代更新,不断寻找综合效用最大的传感器调度策略,优化了指示交接过程中多传感器多任务调度过程。实例仿真结果表明,所提方法合理、有效,提高了传感器协作的效率,为指示交接的深入研究奠定了基础。     

Poland's national potential and its international position within the European Union – research remarks

This article examines Poland's national potential and its international position within the European Union (EU) with respect to security issues. It presents research results based on a comparison of Poland's national potential as it relates to other EU countries, which is useful when evaluating Poland's power within the EU. The article also evaluates Poland's crisis potential, i.e. it identifies those factors that may potentially be treated as threats to national and regional security. Finally, it enables the identification of challenges to Poland's security in the second decade of the twenty-first century. The research is conducted according to a multidimensional comparative analysis, which is perceived by the author as the best available to measure a country's power despite its weaknesses.     

图像制导导弹火控系统设计

针对车载图像制导导弹武器打击任务多样、作战使用灵活、多弹种、多人协同操作等特点,详细描述了火控系统功能需求分析、系统构型、工作原理、人机配合和信息交互等设计过程。由于系统任务的高效执行取决于操作人员对综合信息的准确掌握和对设备的便利操控,重点说明了以人员操控为主导,设备智能化处理配合完成工作流程控制的设计思想。该设计方法已成功应用于某型导弹武器火控系统的设计过程中,经试验验证,火控系统的功能、性能及操纵效果满足要求,且满足模块化、信息化、智能化等通用要求。     

大中亚区域禁毒警务合作初探——以“金新月”毒品问题国际化为视角

面对“金新月”毒品问题日益国际化,在中亚各国复杂多变的政治、经济、民族、宗教背景下,迫切需要各方共同努力,创设、发展出一种更加灵活、高效、有针对性的禁毒合作机制,以应对该地区越来越严峻的毒品扩散问题及其引发的相关社会秩序危害。阐述了“金新月”毒情发展及其对周边国家的影响,分析了大中亚区域禁毒警务合作的必要性,探讨了大中亚禁毒警务合作模式的选择,以创设出一种立体的、全方位的、有较强执行力的区域禁毒合作模式。     

美军战略传播的发展特点及启示

美军通过战略传播的整合力量对其形象建构进行了卓有成效的探索与实践。在分析梳理美军战略传播概念的提出背景及其演进过程的基础上,总结归纳了美军实施战略传播的特点。同时,结合分析对外宣传中面临的问题与挑战,借鉴美军战略传播的有益做法,提出了改进的建议与措施。     

War for profit: English corsairs,institutions and decentralised strategy

In this study, we propose that in states with relatively weak central authorities, decision-makers had to develop market-oriented organisation solutions to successfully face a grave external threat, and these solutions proved to be efficient. Using an interdisciplinary approach that combines institutional theory, history and strategy, we analyse a case study, the use of corsairs (privateers) by England in the late sixteenth and early seventeenth centuries. We have found that the development of partnership companies went hand in hand for commercial and military purposes. English privateers proved to be economically efficient and superior to the centrally planned war operations of the Spanish empire.     

US–China military relations: competition and cooperation

ABSTRACT

China’s efforts to build a ‘new type of great power relations’ and a ‘new type of military-to-military relations’ do not constitute a major turning point in relations with the United States. Political relations set limits on military cooperation, and the two sides have been unable to construct a sustainable strategic basis for relations. This has contributed to an ‘on-again, off-again’ pattern in military ties. Trends show a pattern of frequent disruptions in military-to-military relations from 2000 to 2010, followed by an increase in interactions beginning in 2012. Nevertheless, obstacles on both sides are likely to limit mutual trust and constrain future development of military-to-military relations.
