装备器材多级库存决策优化模型研究

研究了装备器材管理的成本构成特点,认为装备器材多极库存系统可简化为n级系列体系结构。建立了装备器材多级库存优化控制模型,通过模型求解和相应实例分析,表明了装备器材多级库存优化控制方法的可行性和有效性。     

Shock-induced reaction behaviors of functionally graded reactive material

In this paper, the ballistic impact experiments, including impact test chamber and impact double-spaced plates, were conducted to study the reaction behaviors of a novel functionally graded reactive material (FGRM), which was composed of polytetrafluoroethylene/aluminum (PTFE/Al) and PTFE/Al/bismuth trioxide (Bi₂O₃). The experiments showed that the impact direction of the FGRM had a significant effect on the reaction. With the same impact velocity, when the first impact material was PTFE/Al/Bi₂O₃, compared with first impact material PTFE/Al, the FGRM induced higher overpressure in the test chamber and larger damaged area of double-spaced plates. The theoretical model, which considered the shock wave generation and propagation, the effect of the shock wave on reaction efficiency, and penetration behaviors, was developed to analyze the reaction behaviors of the FGRM. The model predicted first impact material of the FGRM with a higher shock impedance was conducive to the reaction of reactive materials. The conclusion of this study provides significant information about the design and application of reactive materials.     

Basic scheduling problems with raw material constraints

One of the achievements of scheduling theory is its contribution to practical applications in industrial settings. In particular, taking finiteness of the available production capacity explicitly into account, has been a major improvement of standard practice. Availability of raw materials, however, which is another important constraint in practice, has been largely disregarded in scheduling theory. This paper considers basic models for scheduling problems in contemporary manufacturing settings where raw material availability is of critical importance. We explore single scheduling machine problems, mostly with unit or all equal processing times, and L_max and C_max objectives. We present polynomial time algorithms, complexity and approximation results, and computational experiments. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2005.     

基于两级供应关系的军械战备器材存储模型研究

提出了在一定经费的约束条件下,使所有二级存储场站的所有战备器材期望缺货数最小的模型,通过对后方仓库存量初值和场站库存量的确定,求解出后方仓库和场站之间库存量的优化分配调整方案。最后通过实例得出发散型布局形态模型。     

战时装备维修器材分配方法研究

根据参战部队任务及其性质,装备的损坏率及其分布,总部、部队库存现有装备维修器材等条件,结合战时装备维修器材的储备模式,给出了战时装备维修器材的分配程序、模型和评估方法。针对分配中总部资源不足的重点和难点,引入带权重保障程度作为逐个分配的依据,应用示例说明了分配程序的适用性及灵敏性。     

发动机运动件质量对燃油消耗率影响的分析

发展了一个发动机运动件质量对燃油消耗率影响的分析公式,进行了实例计算。在发动机设计阶段和发动机实际使用中,可以应用这个公式,估计运动件质量变化所引起的比油耗的相对变化。     

教材印量决策模型研究

根据院校教材的需求特点及自印教材的费用发生特点,研究提出了３种适合于院校自印教材印量决策的随机库存模型．所提出的模型实用性强,对节省院校教材保障经费将起到直接的作用．     

新型吸波材料研究

本文是以SiC为基体的新型吸波材料的研究报告。通过几十个方案,100多个涂层试件的试验,在扩展频带方面采取了各种措施。有的试件使吸收10db以上的范围达到7GHz以上,20db以上的范围达1.4到1.5GHz.涂层厚度约2mm,比重小于4。     

电化教材的本质与功能结构简析

本文从认识论和时空观的角度提出教材发展中的三种载体、三种型式;论述了电化教材是“形象”螺旋回归的必然;从传统教材的质变,引伸出电化教材的选择性功能结构及其五大要素;阐述了电化教材在内容选取、表述方法、过程控制、超越时空等方面的“滞后”、“同步”、“超前”机动的综合时空观及其现实意义;最后明确指出:电化教学理论的土壤在于电化教材的建设及其运用。     

阻隔材料静电屏蔽性能测试方法的实验研究

分析了目前国际上有关静电屏蔽性能测试的标准方法,针对我国目前缺少与国军标GJB2605-96配套的测试装置,作者参照美国电子工业协会标准EIA-541研制了一套静电屏蔽性能测试装置,并将此与美制静电屏蔽测试表ACL-500进行了对比实验,结果表明:在试验基板接地与不接地的两种情况下,试样内感应的峰值电压相差很大;试样的尺寸大小对测试结果影响不大;为了保证所测试的结果具有可比性,必须保持电容探头离试样袋口相等的距离。
