基于OWA算子的军队院校物资采购招投标管理研究

针对军队院校物资采购招投标管理问题,文中分析了军队院校物资采购招投标的特点,研究了基于合同的谈判机制;针对评标过程中,其所评指标中存在定量指标和定性指标的特点,提出一种基于OWA算子和语言OWA算子的综合多属性群决策方法,实现了招投标管理中的评标、定标。最后,通过实例说明了该方法的有效性及合理性。     

运用靶场资源构建海军作战模拟训练系统

在分析作战系统试验、软件评测和综合研练的实践基础上,论述了海军作战模拟训练建设目标、主要内容和技术途径,就如何利用试验靶场资源改进海军作战指挥训练方法提出了建设性的发展思路,并在顶层设计上强化了作战仿真和实兵训练的有机融合。     

On valuing appreciating human assets in services

This paper derives optimal policies for when to hire, train, and lay off employees in service organizations when worker productivity appreciates deterministically or stochastically under constant, monotonic, and cyclic service demand. The model, an extension of the machine replacement problem from the engineering economy literature, uses infinite horizon linear programming to produce optimal personnel planning strategies and dual prices that characterize the workforce's economic value. The effect of employee attrition is also considered. In its valuation of human assets, unlike pure accounting approaches that only try to measure, this paper proposes an approach to capture the interaction between firm decisions pertaining to human resources and human resource value. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 根据炮兵阵地地形选取的要求,从地理信息系统出发,运用人工智能、数据挖掘、多媒体等技术,提出了炮兵阵地选取的空间数据挖掘模型,为炮兵阵地选取的计算机实现提供了一种有效的解决方案,使指挥员能快速从复杂的地域信息中找到适用于炮阵地所需的地形信息,为炮兵自动化指挥系统提供了决策与支持。     

军事物流单证的信息服务研究

物流单证是物流系统之间数据交换的载体,是实现物流业务流程无缝衔接的条件。文章介绍了物流单证结构,研究了军事物流单证的信息交换过程,建立了军事物流单证的信息交换架构,探讨了军事物流单证信息查询和业务状态信息跟踪服务。     

虚拟环境中聚合级CGF坦克实体火力运用仿真

CGF是作战仿真必备的技术支持,国内的CGF系统尚不成形,急需对其进行深入的研究以满足作战仿真不断发展的需要,介绍以一个排的CGF坦克实体在虚拟的战场环境中火力运用方式及运用规则,列出了聚合级CGF实体的火力运用仿真流程图,实现虚拟战场环境下坦克实体一定的智能行为。     

油库地面油罐消防虚拟现实系统的研究

主要研究地面油罐消防场景可视化在微机上的实现。介绍了虚拟现实系统开发平台的选择;研究了虚拟现实系统中高级建模技术:通过编程实现3DS三维模型在OpenGL中的调用;利用Biuboard技术增强了图形的真实感;运用粒子系统建模技术,实现了场景中火焰、烟、消防水束的绘制。最后,给出了捕捉的不同角度的两帧灭火场景效果图。     

步兵分队侦察模拟训练系统构建

针对步兵分队侦察训练存在地形受限、战斗情境失真、训练条件构设难等问题,本文在系统分析军事需求的基础上,采用软、硬结合的虚拟仿真技术对步兵分队侦察模拟训练系统框架、体系结构、物理结构、内外接口和应用模式进行了详细分析设计,并对关键技术进行了剖析,该系统方案设计已应用于步兵分队侦察模拟训练系统建设,并投入到院校教学训练中。实践表明,系统通过逼真的视、听一体化实现了高度沉浸式的训练,以现实地形和敌情的高度仿真与灵活组合,满足了步兵分队侦察技能训练对多样化战场环境、实战化目标设置的特殊要求,大大提升了步兵分队地形侦察、敌情侦察及综合对抗训练效益。

分析了军用光学系统像散的特征及其几何规律 ,运用计算几何模线曲面的方法建立了像散的数学模型。应用体视图像技术实现了军用光学像散的体视三维可视化模拟     

Multivariate meta analysis with potentially correlated marketing study results

A univariate meta analysis is often used to summarize various study results on the same research hypothesis concerning an effect of interest. When several marketing studies produce sets of more than one effect, multivariate meta analysis can be conducted. Problems one might have with such a multivariate meta analysis are: (1) Several effects estimated in one model could be correlated to each other but their correlation is seldom published and (2) an estimated effect in one model could be correlated to the corresponding effect in the other model due to similar model specification or the data set partly shared, but their correlation is not known. Situations like (2) happen often in military recruiting studies. We employ a Monte‐Carlo simulation to evaluate how neglecting such potential correlation affects the result of a multivariate meta analysis in terms of Type I, Type II errors, and MSE. Simulation results indicate that such effect is not significant. What matters is rather the size of the variance component due to random error in multivariate effects. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
