作为历史观念的《尚书》“先王”观念

"先王"观念与"法先王"思想基本为同一范畴。"先王"观念与古代中国宗法社会紧密相连,还与中国古人对"政治制度和社会文化的延续性"的深刻认识有关。《尚书》中尚未出现"法先王"一词,但是"先王"观念非常浓厚,是中国"法先王"思想的文献源头。"先王"观念也是历史观念的重要体现,它与"殷鉴"思想、"忧患"意识一起构成了《尚书》历史功用思想的整体,并对后世产生了很大影响。     

A higher order coupled frequency characteristics study of smartmagneto-electro-elastic composite plates with cut-outs using finite element methods

This article deals with investigating the effect of cut-outs on the natural frequencies of magneto-electro-elastic (MEE) plates incorporating finite element methods based on higher order shear deformation theory (HSDT). In order to consider the influence of cut-out, the energy of the cut-out domain is sub-tracted from the total energy of the entire plate. The governing equations of motions are derived through incorporating Hamilton's principle and the solution is obtained using condensation technique. The proposed numerical formulation is verified with the results of previously published literature as well as the numerical software. In addition, this research focuses on evaluating the effect of geometrical skewness and boundary conditions on the frequency response. The influence of cut-outs on the degree of coupling between magnetic, electric and elasticfields is also investigated.     

Approximation algorithms for minimizing total weighted completion time of orders on identical machines in parallel

We consider the problem of scheduling orders on identical machines in parallel. Each order consists of one or more individual jobs. A job that belongs to an order can be processed by any one of the machines. Multiple machines can process the jobs of an order concurrently. No setup is required if a machine switches over from one job to another. Each order is released at time zero and has a positive weight. Preemptions are not allowed. The completion time of an order is the time at which all jobs of that order have been completed. The objective is to minimize the total weighted completion time of the orders. The problem is NP‐hard for any fixed number (≥2) of machines. Because of this, we focus our attention on two classes of heuristics, which we refer to as sequential two‐phase heuristics and dynamic two‐phase heuristics. We perform a worst case analysis as well as an empirical analysis of nine heuristics. Our analyses enable us to rank these heuristics according to their effectiveness, taking solution quality as well as running time into account. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 单小批量武器装备保障的质量屋模型研究

摘要：针对单小批量武器装备保障的特殊需求,对传统的质量屋模型进行了改进,建立了基于装备保障需求与保障规则的质量屋模型,利用整数规划技术进行求解,使得单小批量武器的装备保障规则按照实际保障需求重新排列优先次序,并通过对某型火炮保障方案的筛选验证了模型的正确性．新的质量屋模型发展完善了质量屋的理论与方法,有助于提高单小批量武器的装备保障能力．     

预定相遇态势的潜射鱼雷射击及其技术方法

为发挥鱼雷的作战效能,提出潜射鱼雷有利相遇态势的概念,指出当一次转角射击不能满足鱼雷以有利相遇态势接近并发现目标时,各种自导方式的鱼雷均需要二次转角射击。在给出二次转角射击时机、解算模型的基础上,着重对预定相遇态势射击的关键----二次转向点的选择问题进行了系统研究,引入基于鱼雷自导探测距离的二次转向点与预定相遇点之间距离的选择方法,使得二次转向点的选择更具合理性和针对性,且适用于包括直航鱼雷在内的各种鱼雷。     

四阶累积量的MIMO雷达角度估计算法

针对色噪声环境下的MIMO雷达目标角度估计问题,提出一种新的参数估计算法.通过计算MIMO雷达接收数据的四阶累积量,并对构造出的累积量矩阵进行特征分解,结合MUSIC算法和ESPRIT算法实现了雷达目标的角度估计.在保证阵元扩展能力和目标分辨力的基础上进行了低复杂度改进,去掉了冗余信息,实现了目标参数的有效估计;同时由于采用四阶累积量,提高了算法抑制高斯噪声的能力,更利于工程应用.最后计算机仿真结果证实了算法的有效性和可行性.     

Terrorism,crime and public spending: Panel VAR evidence from europe

Within a panel VAR framework and utilizing generalized impulse response and forecast error variance decomposition analysis, we explore the dynamic effects of terrorism and crime on public order and safety spending across European countries during the period 1994–2006. Our findings show that a ‘shock’ in terrorism and/or in crime, significantly increases the subsequent trajectory of public order and safety spending. As a by-product, we find that public spending is ineffective in reducing observed crime or terrorism.     

数字化部队指挥网络系统效能评价模型

以结构熵理论为基础,分析数字化部队作战指挥信息网络系统组织结构对系统内信息流的影响,从信息的角度对系统组织结构的有序度进行评价,引入信息流的时效和质量的概念,建立定量评价系统结构有序度计算的时效质量模型,结合系统数据传输业务效能的评价方法,形成作战指挥信息网络系统整体综合效能的评价模型。最后辅以实例。     

基于差分法的二阶微分方程的模糊边值问题

本文讨论二阶微分方程的两点边值具有模糊不确定性时 ,运用模糊仿真原理和差分方法 ,求其边值问题的数值解法。     

用时序展开法求解瞬时无耗传输线方程

本文用时序展开法直接在时域中求解了任意终端和输入端时无耗时变传输线方程。给出了这个问题的一般解。此方法简单,结果的物理意义明确,对分析准行波系统的时域问题具有一定的参考价值。
