建设教育实习基地的理论与实践研究

教育实习是师范院校教育教学活动的一项重要内容。建立相对稳定的教育实习基地是教育实习中理论与实践联系的必由之路;质量至上、互惠互利、友好协商是建设教育实习基地的准则;坚持解放思想、实事求是、大胆创新、与时俱进,才能使教育实习基地的建设不断适应新形势、实现新飞跃。     

竞争性假设分析法在群体性事件情报预警中的应用

目前，边防部门对于群体性事件预警情报的分析缺乏科学系统的工作流程和分析思路，受思维定势、先入为主等主观因素的影响较为严重。随着科学技术的不断发展，群体性事件预警情报的来源不断扩展，数量不断攀升，如何进行准确的情报分析，成为边防部门面临的一个亟待解决的问题。分析了竞争性假设分析法在群体性事件情报预警中的可行性和实际应用，对预警情报的分析工作有一定的借鉴价值。     

Democratic control of Romanian intelligence after three decades: quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

ABSTRACT

Romania faced one of the most dramatic transitions from authoritarian communism to become a democracy and a member of the North-Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and the European Union (EU). The backbone of building a democratic society has been civilian control of the military. This article briefly describes the norms and institutions of democratic control of the intelligence services in Romania and assesses how the mechanisms of democratic control have worked in practice after almost three decades of reform. We argue that many of the post-1989 reforms have been only superficial implemented and monitored, particularly after Romania joined NATO and the EU. The article concludes that the democratic control of intelligence in Romania is an unfinished business. There are structural shortcomings embedded in the process of democracy consolidation that need to be addressed.     

群体性事件情报预警困境的博弈分析

在公安边防部门辖区内，群体性事件时有发生，成为影响辖区治安的主要因素。如何基于所掌握的情报，找出一种科学合理的情报分析方法成为边防部门亟待解决的问题。从博弈论的角度，建立模型，用数学方法进行求解，对公安边防部门与群体性事件的策动者进行博弈分析。     

有限维修能力下多级保障系统装备时变可用度评估及保障方案优化

备件库存和站点维修能力是影响备件维修周转的重要因素，制约装备使用效果。针对备件需求随任务阶段动态变化的装备保障方案评估和优化问题，考虑站点维修能力对备件维修过程的影响，结合METRIC建模方法和动态排队理论，建立了有限维修能力下多级保障系统装备时变可用度评估模型。在评估模型基础之上，以保障费用为优化目标，装备可用度为约束条件，建立了任务期内多级保障系统保障方案优化模型。以任务期内的最低可用度所对应的备件短缺数为观测值，分析了各项资源的边际效益值，采用边际优化算法对各项资源进行优化计算。算例分析表明，评估模型能够计算多级保障系统任务期内各阶段装备可用度；保障方案优化模型和方法能够得到各项保障资源的优化配置方案。提出的模型和优化方法能够为装备保障人员制定合理的保障方案提供决策支持。     

The effects of model parameter deviations on the variance of a linearly filtered time series

We consider a general linear filtering operation on an autoregressive moving average (ARMA) time series. The variance of the filter output, which is an important quantity in many applications, is not known with certainty because it depends on the true ARMA parameters. We derive an expression for the sensitivity (i.e., the partial derivative) of the output variance with respect to deviations in the model parameters. The results provide insight into the robustness of many common statistical methods that are based on linear filtering and also yield approximate confidence intervals for the output variance. We discuss applications to time series forecasting, statistical process control, and automatic feedback control of industrial processes. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The building evacuation problem with shared information

In this article, the Building Evacuation Problem with Shared Information (BEPSI) is formulated as a mixed integer linear program, where the objective is to determine the set of routes along which to send evacuees (supply) from multiple locations throughout a building (sources) to the exits (sinks) such that the total time until all evacuees reach the exits is minimized. The formulation explicitly incorporates the constraints of shared information in providing online instructions to evacuees, ensuring that evacuees departing from an intermediate or source location at a mutual point in time receive common instructions. Arc travel time and capacity, as well as supply at the nodes, are permitted to vary with time and capacity is assumed to be recaptured over time. The BEPSI is shown to be NP‐hard. An exact technique based on Benders decomposition is proposed for its solution. Computational results from numerical experiments on a real‐world network representing a four‐story building are given. Results of experiments employing Benders cuts generated in solving a given problem instance as initial cuts in addressing an updated problem instance are also provided. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 分析了军用无线双工通信系统数据传输资源,指出了存在的问题及改进办法;利用话音、报文、传真、数据电路交换信令的工作模式标示,提出了基于无线双工通信系统的数据传输TCP/IP结构体系及协议栈,并探讨了网络适配和实现与军用公共数据网、地域通信网（电路交换网、分组交换网）、数字化部队单工无线电数据网互联的关键技术。
