武警院校干部体能评价研究

通过对4所武警院校共计800名教员和机关干部体能状况进行调查，研究了不同体型干部的体能现状，进行了相应的体能评定，并制订了体能综合评价模型。本研究建议：加强武警院校干部的耐力素质训练，以提高干部体能水平，增强体能，改进生活方式，提高武警院校干部的教研能力。     

基于Petri网的案例推理研究

介绍Petri网的知识表示方法以及案例推理机制的相关内容,提出了一种基于Petri网的案例推理模型,给出了相应的案例检索匹配算法,并将该模型和检索算法应用到网络攻防态势推演系统中,最后重点介绍了该系统的案例库的知识表示。     

基于事例推理的装备软件成本估算研究

采用基于事例推理的估算方法可以很好地解决传统经验函数估算软件成本时的局限性。讨论了装备软件成本估算和基于事例推理研究的特点，从总体上描述了基于事例推理装备软件成本估算系统结构和实现流程，阐述了主要的研究内容，包括影响软件成本因素、系统的事例表示方法以及相似度的基本算法及事例的改写，并通过实例验证了事例推理在装备软件成本估算实践中的具体应用。     

关于对“城市火灾风险与灭火救援力量”评估的探讨

加强政府对消防工作的科学决策，编制“城市火灾风险与灭火救援力量”方案是落实科学发展观的具体举措。围绕进一步规范“城市火灾风险与灭火救援力量”的评估工作，从火灾形势、消防力量、公共消防设施建设、消防工作社会化、公民消防素质教育等方面提出开展评估的具体办法，并从机构设定、评估定位、工作原则和程序等方面就公共消防安全评估机制建设提出建议。     

公安边防部门刑事侦查权的取得与完善

公安边防部门取得刑事侦查权，是侦查体制改革的结果。但在边防管辖和查办案件的种类、边防海警刑事办案权的实现、边防检查站查获的刑事案件的管辖、公安边防部门侦查主体资格的完善等方面，还应继续改革．使边防部门刑事侦查机制不断完善。     

Machine scheduling with pickup and delivery

The coordination of production, supply, and distribution is an important issue in logistics and operations management. This paper develops and analyzes a single‐machine scheduling model that incorporates the scheduling of jobs and the pickup and delivery arrangements of the materials and finished jobs. In this model, there is a capacitated pickup and delivery vehicle that travels between the machine and the storage area, and the objective is to minimize the makespan of the schedule. The problem is strongly NP‐hard in general but is solvable in polynomial time when the job processing sequence is predetermined. An efficient heuristic is developed for the general problem. 性能化防火设计在商场消防评估中的应用研究

本研究根据商场的建筑结构特点、功能要求、人员状况和消防设施情况,确定了保证人员安全疏散的安全目标。运用调查类比、理论分析和数值模拟等手段,依据国内外建筑防火规范、火灾科学的研究成果和施工图,针对商场的可燃物特性设定了火灾场景,进行了火灾过程模拟与人员疏散模拟研究。在设定的条件下,人员疏散是安全的。经过性能化防火设计与评估后,提高了商场的经济效益与社会效益,也体现了性能化方法的科学性、安全性与经济性。     

武装警察理论研究

中国人民武装警察部队是我国重要的武装力量和社会治安维护力量 ,是我国警察体系中的第二大警种。但是 ,在我国目前的各种警察理论研究中对武警部队研究的很少。这种状况不适应武警部队建设和发展的需要 ,迫切需要建立武装警察理论。武装警察理论是警察学理论体系的分支 ,是由武装警察职能职责研究、管理体制研究、比较研究、警种设置理论等几部分组成的有机整体。武装警察理论的建立必将对我国的武装警察建设产生极大的促进作用。     

案例教学在建筑防火课程中的应用

案例教学是以学生为主体,教师为主导的一种创新教学法。在《建筑防火》课程中尝试开展案例教学法,以培养学生的实践能力和创新能力。     

Experiment and simulation of launching process of a small-diameter steel cartridge case

In order to explore the rules of the deformation force during the launching of a small-diameter steel cartridge, the semi-closed bomb test method is used to test the greatest strains on chamber outer wall under the different chamber pressures. The pressure curves of cartridge chamber are measured in experiment, and the tensile test data of cartridge are loaded into the numerical calculation to compare with the experimental data. The conclusion was obtained that the calculated results match better with the experimental results by considering strain rate bilinear kinematic hardening material constitutive model. The forces on the various parts of the cartridge during launching and their deformation rules are achieved, in which the equivalent plastic strain decreases and the cylinder ring withstands the maximum equivalent stress when the cartridge case clings to the bore from the mouth to the bottom.
