为减轻环卫工和建筑工人劳动强度和提高工作效率,在已有螺旋输送机的工作原理基础上,进行创新。将螺旋片由刚性连接改为柔性连接,将硬管改为软管。经过试验,在选择了一定的工艺参数后,使刚性的螺旋片和柔性的胶管之间,有较好的配合效果,从而实现了螺旋输送机械,可以在输送管道有一定弯曲的条件下,运送砂浆的功能。该研究有一定的实用价值和社会意义。加工制造工艺不复杂,有利于普及。  相似文献

为研究液压水锤效应引起的液体喷溅特性及其影响因素,进行了高速破片撞击充液容器的试验,测试了液体内的空腔振荡特性、压力分布特性和容器外的液体喷溅特性。试验结果表明:液压水锤效应引起的液体喷溅有两个不同的阶段。第一个阶段发生在空腔生长到最大体积后的400~700 μs内,喷溅液体的头部呈箭状;在第二个阶段出现多次形状相似的脉动喷溅,且单次脉动均发生在每次空腔溃灭之后,喷溅液体具有伞状头部与线状尾部。液体内的压力和侵彻孔的形态共同影响液体的喷溅速度,相对喷溅速度与破片的撞击速度成反比。喷溅液体在运动过程中存在速度波动,且随着喷溅次数的增加,液体喷溅速度逐渐下降,速度拐点出现的位置逐渐接近侵彻孔。  相似文献

Strengthening the United States' ability to prevent adversaries from smuggling nuclear materials into the country is a vital and ongoing issue. The prospect of additional countries, such as Iran, obtaining the know‐how and equipment to produce these special nuclear materials in the near future underscores the need for efficient and effective inspection policies at ports and border crossings. In addition, the reduction of defense and homeland security budgets in recent years has made it increasingly important to accomplish the interdiction mission with fewer funds. Addressing these complications, in this article, we present a novel two‐port interdiction model. We propose using prior inspection data as a low‐cost way of increasing overall interdiction performance. We provide insights into two primary questions: first, how should a decision maker at a domestic port use detection data from the foreign port to improve the overall detection capability? Second, what are potential limitations to the usefulness of prior inspection data—is it possible that using prior data actually harms decision making at the domestic port? We find that a boundary curve policy (BCP) that takes into account both foreign and domestic inspection data can provide a significant improvement in detection probability. This article seeks to compare Australia's involvement in two key 1990s peace missions: those to Somalia in 1992–93 and Rwanda in 1994–95. While there are many similarities between the two missions in terms of time, scale and theatre, the differences are more important. Both missions are usually recalled as failures despite the Australian troops having been extremely successful in their roles during both deployments. Moreover the experiences with intervention in Africa seem to have forever blighted Australian participation in peace missions on that continent.  相似文献

应用复合材料理论,对空气弹簧的单层帘线橡胶的应力-应变关系及力学参数进行了计算.运用有限元方法对空气弹簧进行了应变分析,用所得到的数值结果,结合多层帘线橡胶的力学特性以及单层帘线橡胶的强度理论,对空气弹簧进行强度分析.计算结果表明,囊体的载荷主要由帘线承受.  相似文献

The dispersion of magnetic nanoparticles in matrix is crucial to ensure optimum performance of the composite. The difficulty level of achieving good dispersion is further increase when a multi-phases of matrix is present. A pre-coating technique of magnetic nanoparticles with polypropylene using ball-mill prior to melt-blending process was employed to prepare a multi-phases thermoplastic natural rubber composite. The effect of filler loading (2 wt%-10 wt%) on morphology, structure, magnetic properties, thermal stability and dynamic mechanical properties of the composites were investigated. It was found that the NiZn ferrite nanoparticles act as nucleating agent to form beta isostatic polypropylene thermoplastic composites. The composites' magnetic properties are directly dependent on the filler concentration. The dispersion of magnetic fillers in polymer matrix plays role in affecting the magnetic properties and thermal stability. The preference of filler to locate at amorphous phase has distorted the chain orientation of natural rubber and polypropylene. Hence, the polymorphism and crystallinity of the matrix varied as the filler loading increased, affecting the dynamic mechanical properties. It was found that 8 wt% NiZn nanocomposite exhibits highest E’ and tanδ, indicating the dynamic mechanical properties of NiZn nanocomposite are affected by β-phase degree.  相似文献
