Weak aging properties for coherent systems with statistically dependent component lifetimes

As a relevant topic in reliability theory, the preservation of aging properties under the formation of various coherent structures contributes to improving system performance through better structure design and more effective system maintenance. The classical research in this line usually focuses upon coherent systems with independent component lifetimes. Recently, some authors discussed the preservation of IFR, NBU, and DMRL in the setting of dependent component lifetimes. This paper further investigates sufficient conditions for coherent systems with dependent component lifetimes to preserve aging properties including NBUC, NBU (2), DMRL, and their dual versions. Some examples are presented to illustrate coherent structures and typical copula functions fulfilling the present sufficient conditions as well.     

基于Vague集的装备采购项目组织结构评价方法

在装备采购项目组织评价中引入Vague集理论，在列举现有项目组织结构类型的基础上，构建项目组织结构评价指标体系，建立各项目组织结构和理想组织结构的Vague集，计算各项目组织结构和理想组织结构的相似度量，完成对装备采购项目组织结构的评价，为装备采购项目组织设计奠定基础。     

Cell structure of microcellular combustible object foamed by supercritical carbon dioxide

In order to solve the issue that the combustible objects for cased telescoped ammunition (CTA) didn't burn completely during the combustion process, the microcellular combustible objects were foamed with numerous cells in the micron order to improve the combustion performance by the supercritical carbon dioxide (SCCO₂) foaming technology. As the cell structure determined the combustion properties of microcellular combustible objects, the solubility of SCCO₂ dissolved into the combustible objects was obtained from the gravimetric method, and scanning electron microscope (SEM) was applied to characterize the cell structure under various process conditions of solubility, foaming temperature and foaming time. SEM images indicate that the cell diameter of microcellular combustible objects is in the level of 1 μm and the cell density is about 10¹¹ cell⋅cm⁻³. The microcellular combustible objects fabricated by the SCCO₂ foaming technology are smooth and uniform, and the high specific surface area of cell structure can lead to the significant combustion performance of microcellular combustible object for CTA in the future.     

基于博弈论的装备科研、购置、维修经费比例关系优化分析

通过不同时期国家战略部署、科研发展情况及经济承受能力对装备经费分配的影响分析,采用博弈的方法,建立了装备科研、购置和维修费之间的比例关系优化模型,给出了寻求纳什均衡点的迭代算法,并进行了仿真计算.仿真结果证明了该方法的可行性与正确性.     

基于本体的信息与信息空间及其代数结构

实现特定信息环境下基于信息组织的信息资源服务,需要对信息、信息空间有更合适的、形式化的描述。文章基于本体层次对信息、信息的运算、信息之间的关系以及信息空间给出了数学描述并对其代数结构进行了研究。从而为特定信息环境下的信息资源服务提供理论支撑。     

装备剩余寿命预测平行仿真中模型动态演化方法

装备平行仿真中的一个重要概念是实时数据驱动的模型动态演化,但是至今仍缺乏具体应用领域的实现方法。以带未知离散冲击的混合退化装备剩余寿命预测为背景,以多态Wiener状态空间模型为演化对象,提出一种装备平行仿真中模型动态演化方法,包括基于交互多模型强跟踪滤波的模型软切换和基于期望最大化算法的模型参数在线估计,并实现了基于平行仿真的装备剩余寿命实时预测。利用某轴承退化数据进行实例研究,结果表明该方法能有效提高仿真逼真度,剩余寿命预测的准确度较高、不确定性较小,具有较高工程应用价值。     

Supply chain coordination with shelf‐space and retail price dependent demand and heterogeneous retailers

We consider supply chain coordination in which a manufacturer supplies some product to multiple heterogeneous retailers and wishes to coordinate the supply chain via wholesale price and holding cost subsidy. The retail price is either exogenous or endogenous. The market demand is described by the market share attraction model based on all retailers'shelf‐spaces and retail prices. We obtain optimal solutions for the centralized supply chain, where the optimal retail pricing is a modified version of the well‐known cost plus pricing strategy. We further get feasible contracts for the manufacturer to coordinate the hybrid and decentralized supply chains. The manufacturer can allocate the total profit free to himself and the retail market via the wholesale price when the retail price is exogenous, but otherwise he cannot. Finally, we point out that different characteristics of the retail market are due to different powers of the manufacturer, and the more power the manufacturer has, the simpler the contract to coordinate the chain will be. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 炮闩闩体击针孔强度仿真计算与结构改进

从击针和闩体的装配结构关系入手，在闩体击针室受力分析的基础上，进行了闩体有限元分析，得到了击针室两个不同部位受力时闩体击针孔处的应力和应变情况，从而提出解决闩体镜面击针孔产生凸出或裂纹问题的可行方案。     

改进的SIR宽阻带微带带通滤波器设计

利用一种改进SIR谐振器设计交叉耦合微带带通滤波器,实现对滤波器谐波响应的进一步抑制。在此谐振器内部引入SIR谐波抑制结构,并给出了宽阻带滤波器的仿真结果。该滤波器具有较宽的阻带特性,从f0到2.8f0间的抑制约为30 dB以上;从2.8f0到5.3f0间的抑制约为20 dB以上。这种简单的谐波抑制结构既不改变原有滤波器的结构,又不需要更高精度的制作工艺,具有较强的实用性。     

分形理论在装备保障组织设计中的应用研究

基于分形理论，提出了一种适应敏捷化要求的分形装备保障系统组织模型，能够通过快速的重构以响应战场环境的变化。阐明了其层次性、自相似、自组织和自优化的组织结构特点，分析了其运行模式。
