| 摘 要： | 当前在构建和谐校园背景下全面提升教学管理水平还面临着诸多新挑战，对此进行认真思考和研究，找到提高教学管理质量的新途径和新方法是迫切需要和极为重要的。本文从教学管理的深层内涵以及加强教学管理的重要性和有效途径三方面试做回答。

| Abstract: | Teaching management is faced with many new challenges in its effort to strengthen the management.This paper focuses on analyzing difficulties confronting the management,and provides some suggestions on how to improve the quality.Three areas are examined in this paper: internal relationship,importance of strengthening teaching management,and improving its effectiveness. |
