| Abstract: | In strengthening student's ideological and political education,teacher's quality has profound influence on the formation of college student's good quality,such as teaching by personal example as well as verbal instruction,the spirit of professional dedication,the cultivation of political theory,knowledge reserve,the manner and image,etc.Therefore,improving teacher's comprehensive quality cannot be neglected in the process of strengthening student's ideological and political education. |
