| Abstract: | The paper analyses the objective of making policy in the course of ordering equipment spare parts and usual means, using GM (1,1) model of Grey Theory and its interrelated degree analyzing method, puts forward the application method of its cost target prediction and the measure to improve the class of accuracy in the military spare parts ordering work. |
