摘    要:立式圆柱形钢制油罐在运行过程中,由于各种原因可能导致罐顶和罐壁的吸瘪变形。油罐修复时需要确定其承载和变形的相关数据,根据余弦定理提出了一种能对罐壁变形,特别是洞库和覆土罐罐壁变形进行测量的方法,同时介绍了该方法所需要的测量尺的制作方法。通过300m^3油罐罐壁测量的结果表明,该方法在实际操作中是可行的。提出的方法为确定油罐变形修复方案提供科学依据。

Abstract:Due to various factors, the shell and roof of vertical steel oil tank are easy to be deformed during its service period. For loading and deformation parameter can be needed when repairing them, a method hased on the principle of cosine law is put forward to measure tank shell' s deformation, especially the shell of tanks in cavern, which offers warranties to decide whether to replace the tank shell or to ascertain how much pressure is needed to restore the shape. And also the way of making the slide ruler is also introduced ,with which measurement can he achieved. Through measurement of 300 cubic meters tank shell's deformation we can come to the conclusion that this method is practicable. The method proposed in this paper effcrs science basis for the oil tank deformation repairing.
