通用机液平台的液压不解体检测与诊断系统设计

摘    要:在分析装备液压系统检测参数体系的基础上,依据不解体测试的原则,应用流量不解体检测技术、外卡式压力检测技术和油液污染度快速检测技术,构建了基于PX I主机的液压状态检测与故障诊断系统,可实现对装备液压系统的技术状况快速准确检测、故障诊断以及技术状况趋势分析。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the parameters of equipments′ hydraulic system and according to the principle of Non-disassembly test,the test and fault diagnosis system is established through applying ultrasonic flow and quick contamination test technology.The application of this system makes it possible for quick technical condition testing,trend analysis and fault diagnosis of the equipment hydraulic system.
