基于多种评价方法的储油库风险评价研究

不同的安全评价方法各有其应用优点和不足,实践表明将多种方法综合应用将取得较好的安全评价效果。以中国石油某商业储备库为研究对象,针对不同的评价单元,基于不同评价方法的特点与优势,采用安全检查表法、预先危险性分析法、美国道化学方法、易燃易爆重大危险源伤害模型评价法、事故树法、作业条件危险性评价法6种方法对该油库系统深入地进行了安全评价及危险性分析,并对评价结果进行了分析比较。在此基础上,提出了储油库设计建设及日常运营过程中应采用（取）的安全设施和安全措施,为储油库的安全设计、施工及安全运营奠定了坚实的基础。

Study on Risk Assessment of Bulk Gasoline Terminal Based on Various Ways

Focused on bulk gasoline terminal of CNPC,identification of hazard source is carried out.At the same time,safety check list,preliminary hazard analysis,DOWS,major risk source injury model and fault trees analysis are applied to estimate and analyze security and fatalness of the oil storage.Safety establishments and precautions applied in design,construction and operation are established accordingly.The work done in this paper lays a solid foundation for safety design and routine management of the oil storage.
