导弹装备战备完好性评估模型

摘    要:针对当前对导弹战备完好性水平缺乏系统性评估,给导弹装备管理决策带来极大困难,难以适应当前转型建设导弹装备保障要求的问题,在对现役导弹装备任务剖面分析的基础上,对影响导弹战备完好性的重要参数使用可用度进行了研究,给出了基于可用性理论的导弹装备使用可用度评估方法和模型,根据部队导弹装备服役的相关信息,对该模型进行了评估验证,经验证,该方法可有效地分析导弹使用可用度,研究结论对于提升导弹装备战备完好性具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Abstract: To the problem of lack of systematic evaluation of the level of missile equipment readiness that brings much difficulty to missile equipment management decision-making and it is hard to adapt the requirement of missile equipment support currently, the important parameter of operational availability affecting missile equipment operational readiness is researched on the basis of the analysis of task section of active missile equipment, and an evaluation method and model of operational availability based on availability is given. According to the related service information of missile equipment collected, the model is evaluated and verified. This method is effective to analyze the operational availability, and has reference value to improve missile readiness rate later.
