| 摘 要： | 火灾事故会给受害人造成人身和财产损失,存在民事责任。探讨了火灾事故民事侵权责任,从法律的角度论述了火灾事故民事侵权责任的追究和赔偿,并从建立和完善损害赔偿专家证人制度及火灾保险制度提出了完善火灾民事赔偿制度的建议。

| Abstract: | The reliability of the infringement is closely connected with fire accidents,for they cause the damage to the personal safety and the losses of their property.This paper explains the reliability of the infringement of fire cases and the review and the compensation.The paper also suggests some measures to improve the system of the compensation and fire insurance. |
