钢管约束混凝土抗多发打击试验

摘    要:为研究钢管约束混凝土抗多发打击性能,进行了12.7 mm穿甲弹多发打击钢管约束混凝土厚靶试验,得到靶的损伤模式和侵彻深度,并建立重复打击侵彻深度预测公式。结果表明:厚度为300 mm的小直径钢管约束混凝土靶能够有效防御3发12.7 mm穿甲弹的重复打击,第二、第三发较前一发侵彻深度的增幅分别小于20%和10%;重复打击侵彻深度预测公式与试验吻合较好。研究结果可为钢管约束混凝土防枪弹结构和遮弹层结构的研究提供参考。

Abstract:To study the multi-hit performance of steel-tube-confined concrete, experiments of thick steel-tube-confined concrete targets normally impacted by 12.7mm armor piercing projectile(APP) at speeds around 820 m/s were carried out, the damage modes and depth of penetration were obtained, and the formula for multi-hit depth of penetration was established. The results show that: steel-tube-confined concrete targets of 300 mm in thickness, 114 mm in diameter and 4.5 mm in steel tube thickness can effectively resist APP for 3 times, and the depth of penetration increment for the second and third impacts to their former impact are less than 20% and 10%, respectively; the penetration depth of the formula is in good agreement with that of experiment. Results in this paper are beneficial to studies of anti-bullet structures and bursting layers of steel-tube-confined concrete.
