| 摘 要： | 目前，我国城乡存在着大量火灾隐患普遍、整改难度极大的历史遗留问题建筑，无法通过整改满足消防技术规范标准要求，给社会和经济发展造成极大危害。介绍广东消防部门如何运用防火性能化设计的理念和手段。基本实现了消防安全设计和成本效益的最优化，从而提出一条解决问题的全新方法和途径。

| Abstract: | Currently,there are a large number of rural and urban buildings with fire risks and the rectification is extremely difficult to be done,as these buildings do not meet fire standards.This paper proposes a new problem-solving method and means through the introduction of the fire department of Guangdong which achieves the basic fire safety design and optimization of the most cost-effective based on use Performance-based fire-protection concepts and tools. |
