| Abstract: | This article points out that there are such problems in North-West board area as unjustifiable composition of faculty and backwardness of basic facilities and research condition. It also puts forward some good suggestions that it can provide motivation for the scientific innovation and development of university to build good system of scientific research and strengthen the scientific and technological management. |
