超声导波检测对接焊缝缺陷试验研究

摘    要:应用超声导波技术快速扫查的特点对预制缺陷的焊缝进行检测试验,运用导波的直线和旋转角度扫描方式分别对12mm厚V型与16mm厚X型坡口对接焊缝中4种不同类型的缺陷进行探测。所采用的多功能超声检测设备的声定位装置对斜探头和缺陷位置定位。试验表明,在一定的条件下激励导波,能检出不同缺陷的位置和大小,检测结果直观,对实际焊缝缺陷检测具有指导意义。
