| Abstract: | VR technology is abroad applied on maintenance and its associate fields along with the development of computer technology.This paper introduces a virtual reality based maintainability demonstrations system(VMDS).The framework of the VMDS is built with several key technologies introduced such as virtual maintenance prototyping,maintenance action modeling,simulation based maintainability defect analysis and demonstration and evaluation.The system is designed and taken into implementation and validated with a case. |
