| 摘 要： | 以“能打胜仗”为着眼点，打牢学员遂行多样化任务的思想政治基础、军事业务基础和文化素质基础，是武警院校的根本使命。根据院校特点和人才培养规律，武警院校应立足“打仗”思维，强化“打仗”职能，聚焦“打赢”目标，在管理理念、教学环境、教学方法等方面大胆创新，提高人才培养质量。

| Abstract: | Focusing on winning wars, laying solid foundation of ideological and political edu- cation, military businesses and cultural quality for students to excellently accomplish multi- ple types of missions is the fundamental mission for academies of CAPF. According to the characteristics of academies and the nature of talent cultivation,CAPF academies should base on thought of fighting, strengthen the function of fighting and focus on the purpose of win- ning wars. Innovate boldly in management philosophy, campus environment, teaching method to improve the quality of the cultivated talents. |
