| 摘 要： | 声乐教育作为音乐教育的重要组成部分，应当随着时代的发展，摒弃一些不合理的传统模式，注重以人为本、分层次、分类别的因材施教，突出师范性教育，实行合理有效的课程设置，采取灵活多样的教学方式，使之符合基础教育的需要，符合市场多样化的需求，培养学生既有专业技能又有宽广而丰富的知识面的应用型人才。笔者结合本系多年来在声乐人才培养模式方面进行的改革与实践，借贵刊与同行交流。

| Abstract: | t Being an important component in the music education,the vocal music education should get rid of some unreasonable traditional patterns and focus on people-oriented education.It is necessary to put rational and effective implementation of the curriculum into practice and adopt flexible teaching methods in order to meet the basic education and market needs. |
