UPS蓄电池组充电均衡系统设计

摘    要:为消除UPS蓄电池组单体电池之间的容量差异,设计了一套基于均衡模块对称分布的充电均衡系统,并在此基础上提出了一种提高均衡效率的控制策略。主控芯片选用FPGA,通过定制PWM(脉宽调制)核,构建NiosⅡ嵌入式系统以控制整个均衡电路。实验结果表明,该系统能有效减小电池之间的容量差异,具有良好的均衡效果。

Design of UPS Batteries Charge Equalizing System

Abstract:In order to eliminate the capacity difference among battery cells in UPS, a battery charge equalization system is de-signed based on equalization circuit with equilibrium module symmetrically distributed, and a new equalization control strategy whichcan further improve the efficiency of equilibrium is proposed. FPGA is chosen as master control chip to regulate the whole equalizingcircuit by customing PWM(pulse width modulation)core and constructing the NiosⅡembedded system. The result of experimentshows thatthesystemcan effectively reduce the capacity difference between battery cells,andalsohave agoodequalizingeffect.
