摘    要:针对某型火箭弹引信在靶场试验过程中出现的瞎火现象,对其惯性保险机构进行了改进设计,并通过激活击针簧抗力分析和钟表机构走动时间变化分析对惯性保险机构的作用可靠性及安全性进行了验证。实践证明,该方法在大大提高作用可靠性的基础上降低了工艺难度,具有良好的军事经济效益。

Abstract:This paper improves the inertia safety mechanism of a rocket projectile fuze to prevent its misfire during the test in shooting range.The authors validate the function reliability and safety of the inertia safety mechanism by analyzing the force on its firing pin spring and the action time of its clockwork.The production practice has proved that this measure can reduce the technicals difficulty on the basis of improving function reliability greatly and bring great military and economic benefit.
