| Abstract: | The construction of new-type farm is the concrete implement in the develop-defense-frontier of one of the most significant policies put forward by the Central Committee of Communist Party.Therefore,the elementary education is the cultural basis of this historical process.It makes sense to fully understand the role of elementary education in the new military farm,which does not only have a lot to do with the pace and quality of the construction,but also influences the environment and level of elementary educational development. |
