高功率微波TM01模式移相器

摘    要:研制了一种新型的TM01模式高功率微波移相器,这种移相器通过两个十字交叉圆极化器结构可以将高功率微波输出相位进行0°~360°的调节。对构成这种移相器的TE11圆极化器及移相器的电磁特性通过电磁仿真软件CST进行了仿真,仿真结果表明此移相器可以对1.75GHz的TM01模式进行0°~360°调节,并且误差不超过1°,在0°~360°调节范围内的传输效率均大于97%,且功率容量大于4.3GW。

Abstract:In this paper, a novel TM01 mode high power microwave phase shifter is proposed which is composed of two crossed circularly polarized TE11 mode converter. The phase of the output microwave can be adjustable in a range of 0-360 degrees. The electromagnetic behaviors of the circularly polarized TE11 mode converter and the phase shifter are simulated by the software CST. The results show that the output microwave can be adjustable in a range of 0-360 degrees at the frequency of 1.75GHz with the error is not more than 1 degree, the transmission efficiency in this range is larger than 97%, and the power capacity is larger than 4.3GW.
