| Abstract: | The paper introduces the chart graph of hardware and operating principle about the New EED' s transient pulse testing system. Emphatically, it illustrate the design of current component circuit and simulation bridge circuit, as well as the measures of raising measurement accuracy. Finally, it introduces the solution of the synchronization and offset null. |
