新疆少数民族大学生就业问题的社会学解读

摘    要:少数民族大学生由于受地域环境、语言、民族风俗、思想观念等方面影响,就业形势不容乐观。做好少数民族大学生的就业工作,长远来说关乎新疆长治久安和跨越式发展。本文基于社会学视角,从社会结构、社会制度和社会资本三方面分析了影响新疆少数民族大学生就业难的原因,并提出相关对策,以期为有效解决新疆少数民族大学生就业问题提供借鉴。

Abstract:Due to geographical environment,language,national customs and ideas,minority college graduates′ employment situation remains grave.To successfully solve employment problems for minority college graduates concerns the long-term stability and leapfrog development of Xinjiang in the long run.Viewing from the perspective of sociology,this paper analyzes the reasons for unemployment that confronts minority college graduates in Xinjiang in terms of social structures,social institutions and social capital.At the same time,it puts forward some countermeasures as reference for the effective solution to unemployment.
