| 摘 要： | 依托现实疗法的理论设计研发的心理辅导辅助工具情愿卡,将现实疗法转换为实际可操作的技术和方法应用于高职大学生体验式团体中。通过认识情愿卡、觉察和体验情感、共情他人的情感和愿望、表达自我的情绪情感、锚定内心深层愿望、探索个人质的世界六个方面,使学生在不批判、不评价的和谐氛围中,敞开自己和理解他人,确定自己的价值,明晰情感和愿望,学习共情,解决困惑,训练心智,意识到行为选择的自主性和可控性,促使高职大学生的内在需求得到满足,提升其心理自助能力。
