| Abstract: | New international situation requires in accordance fresh ideas and global efforts to effectively combat the increasingly complicated crimes.To dispatch police liaison officers(PLO) to overseas embassies is of great significance and thus an important measure taken to enhance law enforcement cooperation.This essay examines the duties and responsibilities of PLO,and further explores the qualifications required to be a PLO. |
