| Abstract: | The development of industry structure in an area decide its employment distribution and mobility. The long- term unbalanced industrial structure of Xinjiang causes its employment situation to be severe day by day. To this situation, this article proposes the thinking of industrial structure adjustment and the orientation of government's macroscopical decision. |
