| 摘 要： | 发展地域循环经济是实现可持续发展的现实选择，是走新兴工业化道路的重要途径，也是解决地域经济发展瓶颈的关键。本文结合新疆石河子垦区自然、社会经济条件，提出必须通过垦区经济结构与布局调整大力发展循环经济，建立垦区循环经济发展格局，并通过多种途径培育循环经济发展条件。

| Abstract: | Developing the recycle economy is a profound paradigm innovation and a significant practice to implement sustainable development strategy.It is recognized that the developing cycling economy is an important way for sustainable development of economy and society.Based on the natural and social economic conditions in Shihezi Agricultural Reclamation Areas of Xinjinag, this paper expounds the necessity of developing cycling economy and puts forward some suggestions on how to cultivate the environments for developing cycling economy as well as technical support and other aspects to achieve the sustainable development. |
