摘    要:
再生制动是电动车辆最常见的制动方式.然而,在没有大容量蓄电池吸收能量的情况下,再生制动将产生很高的泵升电压.通过分析再生制动过程,提出了用控制占空比的办法抑制泵升电压.该方法通过数字控制实现,无需改动硬件,控制简便.计算机仿真和样机实验结果表明,该方法可迅速抑制泵升电压,并具有很好的制动效果.

Abstract:
Regenerative braking is a popular braking method for electric vehicle. While there is lack of big capacity battery to absorb energy, this method can produce high bumping voltage, which is harmful for system. Based on the analysis of the regenerative braking procedure, in this paper, puts forward a new method to restrain the bumping voltage by changing PWM ratio. This method is carried out by numerical control without modifying current hardware system. The result of the computer simulation and experiment shows that this method can restrain the pumping voltage quickly and the braking effect is good.
