| 摘 要： | 军队抢险救灾工作中，科学、快速地评价供水站选址方案的可行性，对提高保障效能，充分发挥保障效益具有重要作用。以抗震救灾应急供水保障理论与实践为基础，构建了供水站选址方案评价指标体系，并基于层次分析法（AHP）建立了选址方案模糊综合评价方法，最后在供水保障实例中对该方法进行应用。结果表明，该方法对提升抢险救灾等突发事件应急供水保障能力具有积极作用。
