基于保障位的军队后勤建设比较研究

为深入认识新军事变革下不同国家军队后勤建设存在的普遍性和特殊性，准确把握后勤发展的规律和趋势，科学指导我军后勤建设实践，开展了军队后勤建设定量比较研究。通过对后勤保障人员在保障活动中的部位进行界定、统计和分析，形成保障位基本思想，模型化地描述后勤结构、规模和发展水平。对美、俄陆军军级单位保障位的概要统计和比较分析，较好地反映出信息化转型不同阶段军队后勤建设的基本情况和显著差异，表明了保障位比较方法的科学性和有效性。

A Comparative Research on Logistical Construction Based on Support Position

In order to deeply find out the universality and particularity in the logistical construction of different armies under the new revolution in military affairs, well grasp the rule and current of the logistical development, and scientifically direct the course of our army＇ s logistical construction,the authors make out a comparative research on logistical construction quantificationally. In this paper,the authors detine,account and analyze the positions of the logistical support personnel in logistical activities, and make up the basal thinkings of support position that describe the logistical structure,scope and level with some models. According to the summary statistic and comparative research on the army corps support positions of U. S. and Russia,which reflect the basal situation and remarkable diversities of the logistical construction in the different stages of information-based transformation ,the comparative research based on support position is proved to be scientific and effective.
