美国大学教师评价制度的特点及对我国的启示

摘    要:美国大学教师评价制度在评价方法、评价指标、评价程序、评价者结果的处理、终身教职职后评价等方面已较为完备,其特点主要表现为评价方法采用"三角原则"、评价标准注重分层分类、评价程序严格规范、申述制度和法制介入四个方面。探讨美国大学教师评价制度的基本模式、总结其成功经验,对我国大学教师评价制度的变革和现代大学制度的建设具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。

Abstract:The evaluation system of American college teachers has formed a perfect system in the evaluation's subjects,evaluation's contents, evaluation's procedures and the use of evaluation's results,its main charactristics are four aspects performenced in the triangle principle of evaluation's methods, the classification of evaluation's standards, the strict regulation of evaluation procedurs,the representation and legal system. The artical emphasized that analysing the basic mode and summarzing its successful experiences of American teacher evaluation's system has great theorical value and present meanning in the evaluation systemh reform of Chinese college teachers and the construction of our modern college syetem.
