| 摘 要： | 提出了装甲装备军民一体化维修保障的基本概念，解读了基本内涵，分析了因保障客体变化带来的保障主体变化的内在需求和外在作用，明确了保障任务的区分和保障方式的选择以及按需动态调整变化，着眼解决现实矛盾、结合未来发展，对规范保障管理和建立运行机制等方面提出需求，对转变保障观念、拓展保障渠道、创新保障方式、理顺保障关系具有一定参考价值。 |

| Abstract: | The paper puts forward the concept of armor equipment military-civilian integration maintenance support, studies the connotation, analyzes the internal demand and external action of support subject changes resulted from support object changes, discriminates the support missions, makes the alternative of support ways and finds the dynamic adjustment according to demands, solving the real contradiction and paying attention to the future development. The paper advances the demand on specifying the support administration and building operational mechanism, which has a great reference value of transforming support concepts, widening support channel, innovating support ways and ordering support relationships. |
